Liebe ehemalige Gäste! Mein Name ist Birgit! Es tut mir sehr leid: Das Ihr die, sehr genaue Hausbeschreibung auf den Werbeportalen/unserer Homepage und die Weg Beschreibung, NICHT vorab gelesen habt. Eure genauen Wünsche, innerhalb der 10 Monate der bestehenden Buchung, nicht geäußert habt. Das Ihr mir nicht bei der Einführung und Schlüsselübergabe zugehört habt, “Gibt es ein Problem, ruft mich bitte an”! Das Ihr den Weg zur Villa Thea, als so beschwerlich empfunden habt, die Straße ist gemacht und jeder Fahrzeugtyp kann den steilen Weg mit Ruhe schaffen. Die Straße ist einspurig und kommt jemand entgegen, ist doch genug Platz um aneinander vorbeizufahren oder setzt ein Stück zurück. Das Euch die funktionierende Poolheizung an Temperatur, diese wurde am Tag vorher eingeschaltet und die höchst zu erreichende Temperatur ist 25 Grad, nicht zusagte. Das Eure Wunschtemperatur von 28 Grad, dieses wurde bei der Buchung nicht angesprochen. Hätte ich das gewußt, hätte ich euch das sicher auch gesagt, dass das nicht möglich ist. Die Poolheizung lief und hatte eine Temperatur zwischen 22 und 25 Grad. Das schwimmende Thermometer im Pool war defekt, schade auch für diese Unterstellung, nicht defekt war das Thermometer an der Poolheiztechnik, diese zeigt den Ist-Wert und ist nicht manipulierbar! Der Pool ist nicht abgedeckt, wie zu lesen und zu sehen und hat zwei Fall in Fall Becken! Das der weitere Punkt, die Heizung lief die erste Nacht nicht. Ihr habt es versäumt mich anzurufen, auch um Mitternacht wäre ich sofort gekommen und hätte den Umstand sofort beheben können. Ein Knopfdruck! Die Heizung war nicht defekt, eine Sicherung wurde nicht eingeschaltet, nach dem Anschalten am nächsten Morgen wurde das Haus sehr schnell warm. In jedem Schlafzimmer sind auch Klimaanlagen die auch zum heizen eingeschaltet werden könnten. Das Euch der Wohnbereich nicht “gemütlich” erschien um auf der Couch vor dem Fernseher zu kuscheln. Auch hier ist der Wohn-Küchenbereich genau beschrieben und es gibt viele Bilder. In der Villa Thea sind 4 wunderbare Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und die beschriebenen Sitzgelegenheiten, jeweils mit Sat TV! Das der Wasser/Duschhahn und das warme Wasser nicht funktioniert haben sollen, bei meiner Kontrolle nach Euren Vorwürfen lief es! In dem anderen von Euch genutzten Bad gab es Warmwasser, die Dusche funktionierte und sicher auch in den anderen 3 weiteren Dusch- Bädern, die Ihr hättet benutzen können. Das die Unterstellung... eine Rechnung über die Anzahlung habe ich Euch gegeben und eine Quittung ausgestellt damit Ihr eine Bestätigung für den erhaltenen Bar Endbetrag habt. Ich habe Euch die Rechnung für den Endbetrag nicht mehr geben können....! Die Rechnungen werden am Tag der “eigentlichen” Abreise ausgestellt. Dies ist eine Vorgabe des Finanzamtes und die Rechnungen sind bitte beim Steueramt einzusehen! Wenn es einen Defekt im Haus gibt, muss es jedem Vermieter ermöglicht werden, diesen auch zu beheben. Sicher bin ich in der Lage nach 23 Jahren Haus-Vermietungen, Probleme jeglicher Art zu lösen! Der Gast muss es aber auch zulassen, sollte doch kommunizieren und nicht einfach das Haus fluchtartig verlassen, weil es ihm nicht gefällt ohne ein Gespräch zu führen und haltlose Anschuldigungen in den Raum stellen. How do damage deposits work?
