From the owner

This beautiful villa, built in 2003, is situated in Pittulongu, Sardinia, in a tranquil world of its own yet less than 20 minutes from Olbia Airport. It is set on the hillside at the very front of a luxury development where no two residences are the same, overlooking the sea. There are spectacular views of the Isle of Tavolara. The unspoilt beach is just 700 metres away but if you fancy an even more localised swim area there is a swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residents.

The exterior walls are painted terracotta, and in typically Sardinian style, hand washed to give a unique appearance. The Villa is surrounded on 3 sides by a private walled garden. All the windows and doors have wooden shutters. There is a huge terrace running the entire length of the villa. This terrace is shaded by a beautiful wood beamed roof and supported by hewn granite pillars, clad in delightful pink flowering bougainvillea. The terrace is an ideal place to dine, or just relax, absorbing the view of the garden, with its fruit trees, rare plants and colourful flowers.

The south facing garden soaks up the sun for the entire day. It is almost entirely detached save for a 2 metre shared wall by the front door. The terrace has a large round wicker table with 8 chairs, plenty of space to sit and relax over an evening meal.

The villa is suitable for couples and families but not large groups of friends.

1st July - 31 August open from 10:00 - 13:00, 15:30 - 19:00

1st September to 15th September 10:00 - 13:00

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Barbara (the owner) a message.

If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
