Bella casa per vacanza estiva o anche solo pochi giorni. a prezzi incredibili, in un posto incantevole... prenota un comodissimo ed efficiente appartamento sul mare con due stanze da letto, soggiorno, cucina e grande bagno. L'appartamento si trova al centro del Golfo di Sant'Eufemia che fa da splendida cornice, e dal quale si può godere della vista spettacolare del mare e del Vulcano Stromboli (molti dicono di avere l'impressione di trovarsi a Prua di una nave) , e dove il profumo stesso del mare inebria tutti gli ambienti creando anche una fresca brezza.
Pizzo gode in estate di un sole ed un mare spendidi ed una posizione incantevole, abbarbicata su di una rupe sporgente sul Mar Tirreno.
E' al secondo piano, con ascensore.
La tipologia di spiaggia che spazia tra le rocce ai piedi della struttura è indicatissima per chi ama la pesca subacquea, ed è raggiungibile da una scaletta esterna mentre a due passi ci sono le spiaggie piane con sabbia indicate per tutti.
A pochi metri dall'appartamento si trova la famosissima chiesa di Piedigrotta con la sua finissima bianca spiaggia, tantissimi negozi, minimarket, ristoranti e pizzerie.
Anche il centro storico è raggiugibile a piedi in pochi minuti, con Piazza della Repubblica dove si potrà visitare il Castello Aragonese in cui fu fucilato G. Murat,cognato di Napoleone Bonaparte, il Duomo di San Giorgio, i caratteristici vicoli, ricchi di storia e cultura e dove ci sono tantissimi negozi artistici e di prodotti tipici locali, la suggestiva Piazza della Marina con tantissimi ristoranti ,pizzerie e gelaterie . Pizzo è la città del famosissimo gelato Tartufo che qui ha origine e che si può gustare in tutte le gelaterie. Siamo nella costa degli Dei e tantissime sono le spiagge dove trascorrere una felice giornata di mare. A pochi chilometri si puo' raggiungere la famosa città di Tropea o Capo Vaticano. Nella vicinissima Città di Vibo Marina (a meno di 4 chilometri) vi è il porto da cui partono giornalmente i traghetti che vanno verso le Isole Eolie per gite fantastiche. Durante i mesi estivi , sia a Pizzo che nei paesi vicini, si svolgono tantissime sagre, a Pizzo è rinomata quella del tonno (il famoso Tonno Callipo) e quella del gelato.

Il palazzo in cui si trova l'appartamento ha un suo piazzale per parcheggio auto ma a pochi minuti a piedi ve ne sono altri in cui poter parcheggiare la macchina in caso non si trovi sotto casa, a seconda dei periodi. A mezz'ora di macchina vi è l'aereoporto di Lamezia Terme e la stazione Ferroviaria di Lamezia Terme, dove si possono noleggiare le auto. A richiesta e su accordi, verranno forniti servizi extra di trasporto sia per l'arrivo e la partenza che durante il soggiorno.
Gli ospiti potranno contare sull'host per qualsiasi problema o evenienza, il quale sarà a disposizione , anche per consigli sulle visite dei meravigliosi siti e località di interesse turustico rilevante.
