Be one of the first guests in this stunning, oceanfront modern villa just 75 feet from the sea in beautiful Belize! The Swan Villas is a gorgeous new development on the Placencia Peninsula, and this organic construction has just been completed at the beginning of 2015

This beautiful retreat includes three separate units, which include one two-bedroom unit and two separate private studios, which includes a total of four bathrooms, two balconies, a patio, four bedrooms, and space for up to 10 guests (though eight would be a more comfortable number). You can even rent each unit individually if you wish.

The first-floor apartment suite is a two-bedroom, two-bath space for up to six guests. Each bedroom has a beautiful, round king bed, and there's a self-inflating air bed provided for the final two guests to share. This suite includes a full kitchen, comfortable living area for socializing as a big group, and a lovely shaded porch. Upstairs are two separate studios, each with round king beds, kitchenettes, and large terraces overlooking the beautiful gardens and lagoon.

This modern villa is the perfect spot for a group of vacationers that wants to travel together, but still enjoy a little extra privacy. Each unit has its own private entrance and living space, so this is ideal for a family or group of friends who appreciate a little extra separation. The entire property offers air conditioning, alarm system, and each unit includes luxurious jetted bathtubs with aromatherapy and chromotherapy systems, wifi and TVs for times when you just want to sit back and relax.

The Swan Villa grounds include a beautiful infinity pool, direct access to the lagoon, and easy access to a quiet public beach just 75 yards from your door! Additional resort amenities include an on-site concierge, fruit and vegetable garden, bicycles, kayaks, and daily activities ranging from yoga classes to cycling trips.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rodolfo (the owner) a message.

If Rodolfo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
