A beautiful, modern new villa, sleeps six, excellently located in the quiet Samui Sanctuary development in Plai Laem, very close to the famous Choeng Mon Beach, on the north-eastern tip of Koh Samui. Ideal location for Big Buddha, Tourist port, airport and only ten minutes from Chaweng

With three bedrooms, two en suites, one shared between two bedrooms with private access, and a wash room wc downstairs, open-plan lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen; private swimming pool and covered outdoor dining area, this is an ideal villa to use as a base to explore the delights of Koh Samui, to relax by the pool, or to entertain family and friends.

On the ground floor is an air-conditioned open-plan kitchen, dining room, lounge, leading to the garden, where you can relax on the pool terrace on one of the sun loungers, swim in the private pool, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the covered bar area, or dine under the stars.

The lounge is furnished with a white L-shape sofa, a 55” 3D TV with surround-sound and satellite channels.

The western-style, modern kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer; and the dining area seats six.

The three bedrooms, with king-size beds, built-in wardrobes, matching bedside cabinets, ceiling fans and air-conditioning, are located on the first floor.

The master bedroom has a built-in electronic personal safe and en-suite bathroom with rain shower; and the other two bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom with rain shower. An additional WC is located on the ground floor.

Plai Laem is the ideal location, home of the Big Buddha, Samui's most popular tourist attraction, and Wat Plai Laem, a Buddhist temple compound. Samui Sanctuary is just 10 minutes by car to Fisherman's Village, the original French settlement that plays host to the local Walking Street Night Market every Friday evening; 10 minutes by car to Chaweng, offering Samui's longest and most popular beach, as well as the largest concentration of restaurants, bars, shops and lively night life; and 10 minutes from Koh Samui airport.

Within walking distance of the Villa are a number of street restaurants and bars. Choeng Mon, which is a 20-minute walk from the villa, or two minutes by car, is made up of a series of bays, featuring wide sandy beaches, with a selection of beach restaurants and bars offering beautiful night views over the bay.

We collect a security deposit on arrival of GBP 300 or equivalent which is returned at the time of departure. Electricity and water are charged as per metered use

We can arrange airport/seaport transfers and will meet you at the villa. We do not bug you but are available as and when needed. Cleaning visits twice weekly by our cleaning team to tidy up and change your beds/towels etc.

Beautiful light, modern air conditioned villa, immaculately kept in a select residential area known as Samui Sanctuary. Accomodation provides you with all the amenities you require pool, wifi, spacious living areas for eating & relaxing inside & out, wash machine, close proximity to local shops including 7 Eleven & restaurants by foot so in no way isolated. Local attractions accessible by foot or cheap by taxi such as big Buddha

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Derrick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
