Just opened in October 2016! Dramatic cliff villa, right next to the sea and within walking distance to sandy beach; centrally located between Airport, Chaweng and Big Buddha. Very private and romantic eco-luxury villa with beautiful bamboo roofs/floors and unobstructed million-dollar sea views. Suitable for romantic couples, families with kids or just friends and buddies, max. 4 adults and 2 kids.

Suan Pai (Bamboo Garden) is an eco-luxury Mini-Resort: Roofs, floors and decks are made from locally sourced bamboo, which is one of nature's toughest and at the same time lightweight, flexible, fast-growing, sustainable and therefore environmentally friendly material. The use of traditional carbon-dioxide producing concrete and building techniques that need heavy excavation machinery was reduced to a minimum. Furthermore, new technologies such as chlorine-free pool, heat and sound-insulating, mirrored SolarSave windows, 6-layers insulated thatch roofs, bamboo landscaping, LED lighting and water heaters, which use the residual heat from the air conditioners, are used throughout the complex.

However, despite the environmental "green" approach to building and design, the resort will not compromise on luxury and comfort.

The "Honeymoon-Bungalow" has two bedrooms with private entrance, private bathroom with ceiling shower, hand shower and bath tub, a double King and two single beds, a huge private terrace with breathtaking 180° sea views and a private outdoor "jungle shower".

The shared 17m infinity pool is on the lower terrace. There is only me, no other guests on the property. Service is personal and private; not like in a hotel.

The villa has a high degree of privacy and is located on a cliff directly above and next to the sea. Beach is accessible within a short 5min walk. Chaweng, Koh Samui's party and shopping capital, is reachable within about 15-20min drive on motorbike or car. Airport within 10min.

Bed linen, towels, shampoo and soap are provided. We also provide you with big bath towels and drinking water. For longer stays, weekly cleaning is included in the price. Daily maid service from Monday to Saturday is possible on request at cost.

Not suitable for people who have difficulties climbing stairs and/or curious walking infants who could potentially fall down stairs.

I'm happy to share information about day tours, massage, diving, snorkeling, shopping, dining, excursions, sailing, ATV, car and motorbike rentals etc. but will not disturb your privacy unless asked to.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marc (the owner) a message.

If Marc (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
