Villa Vanilla is a modern 3+1 bedrooms villa, with it's island feel, cozy interiors and furnishings, makes it one of the most distinguished of its kind. This 2-storey, 450 square meter (built-up area) villa which is beautifully designed and decorated in a contemporary style.

THE VILLA HAS 3 BEDROOMS WITH STUNNING FULL SEA VIEWS + 1 bedroom with stone garden view.

Villa Vanilla is located in the most prestigious and peaceful area of Koh Samui: Plai Laem, situated in the north-eastern part of the island. Plai Laem residential area is also known as the "Beverly Hills of Koh Samui”.

The villa is located direct at Samrong Beach, just opposite to Six Senses Hotel. Choeng Mon Beach and Choeng Mon village are only a 5 minute drive.

You’ll love this villa because of the amazing sea views, the EXTRA spacious outdoor and indoor areas, the ambiance and the neighborhood.

It is optimal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and groups of friends.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The two sea-view bedrooms are perfect for relaxation whilst overlooking the crystal blue sea and the Island of Koh Phangan. A huge balcony connects these two bedrooms.

The third bedroom is a quiet and comfortable space with stylish interior design. It has 2 single beds which can be put together. This bedroom has a beautiful stone garden view.

A fourth bedroom (also ideal to accommodate guests who want to be more separated from the others: Teenagers/ Nanny etc.) located on the lower floor. This bedroom has a sofa bed and a huge TV. It can be also used as a family room or TV room.

LIVING ROOM, IN- AND OUTDOOR DINING, KITCHEN

Certainly the best place to spend the day is the open living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, with a LARGE TERRACE and extra-size pool.

Here you can listen to music, hear the sea, have a wonderful lunch or dinner and cocktails by the open bar, while you enjoy the magnificent views and sunsets.

The TV system has over 400 movies, which are updated monthly and a few hundred TV channels in English, French, German and Russian. It is a steaming device, you can get all the programs of the country you want, like UK, US etc. sport channels and on demand.

You will be looked after by our Villa Manager, who's team keeps the villa clean and tidy. Our Villa Manager can help you with organizing a rental car, Thai cook, nanny/baby sitter, as well as in-house massages.

The villa is in a community with 24 hour security. Our team provides cleaning services, garbage collection, pool maintenance and general maintenance.

Free Airport pick up is included into the rental price and a fully stocked bar and fridge can be organized for your arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION and HOUSE RULES

- We don't charge any general taxes

- Airport pick-up (one car only), three times weekly house and pool cleaning and garden maintenance are included in the rental price

- Guests can request Thai cooking, Thai Massages, Baby sitter services and daily cleaning. If you require any of these additional services, we’ll organize it for you. You will need to pay these directly to the service provider.

- All linen and towels are provided.

- Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 7 baht kilowatt/hr. This is common practice in Thailand. Please respect the environment, do not leave lights and air-conditioning on needlessly.

- No SMOKING INDOOR please!

Smoking allowed only outdoor in the patio/garden area. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF FOUND SMOKING WITHIN THE VILLA!

- No loud music or partying after 10pm indoor and outdoor. Please be respectful of neighbors, some whom live here full time.

- We are charging a SECURITY DEPOSIT to avoid any damages.

The deposit is USD 500 (or 470 EUR/ 17,000 THB), payable in cash at arrival.

Villa Vanilla is located:

- 100 meters to Samrong Beach which is a small and quiet beach, also used by the Six Senses hotel guests

- 1,3 km to Thongson Beach: this is small, quiet and beautiful sandy beach

- 2 km to Choeng Mon Beach: a wide, long and very nice sandy beach

- 2 km to the shops and restaurants in Choeng Mon

- 8 km to the big shopping mall and supermarkets in Chaweng

- 3 km to the market

- 2 km to minigolf

- 10 minutes car drive to the Airport

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Blanka (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
