Other Things to Note

- No Smoking indoor, please. Smoking allowed only outdoor in the patio/garden area

- No loud music after 11pm (indoor and outdoor). Please be respectful of neighbors, some whom live here full time.

- Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 7 baht kilowatt/hr - This is common practice in Thailand. Please respect the environment, do not leave lights and air-conditioning on needlessly.

- Airport pick-up (one car only) house cleaning and pool cleaning are included in the rental price

- If you require daily cleaning or any additional cleaning, we’ll organize it for you (you will need to pay the service directly to the service provider)

- If you require any additional services like Thai Cooking or Baby Sitter, we'll organize it for you (you will need to pay the service directly to the service provider)

- As usual, we are charging a ‘security deposit’ to avoid any damages. The deposit is USD 450 (or 430 EUR/ 15,000 THB), payable at arrival in cash to the Villa Manager.

- All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.

The Neighborhood

Koh Samui is Thailand’s third largest island and is known for it's laid back easy going atmosphere.

The town of Choeng Mon is home to many restaurants, bars and shops and is only a short 2 minute drive away. Samui Sanctuary Residence is a very peaceful, quiet and safe place with 14 villas only, no big roads around.

Bangrak and Big Buddha are only a 5 minute drive from the villa and feature plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The ferry terminal is also located here for boats to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. Seven11 and Family Mart are located approximately 1km from the villa offering items to serve most daily needs.

We are asking you to respect the privacy of others and respect our neighbors. Please do not play loud music after 10pm as guests with children often stay in the neighboring villas.

We are asking that our guests respect that we have non-smoking policy in the entire villa. If you want to smoke, you do so outside on the patio area, please.

Why can't I call Blanka (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Blanka (the owner) a message.

If Blanka (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
