The property has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, but also has a sofa bed in the lounge so can sleep up to 6. There are floor to ceiling wardrobes so plenty of space to hand your holidays clothes. Patio doors open out from each room, with a table on each for further lounging. The lounge patio area looks out to the sea from the front and the White Mountains to the left, it is truly mesmeric. A few minutes walk takes you down to Plaka Square, a very special place indeed.

There are several restaurants and a Sports Bar, but more a bar for people watching that happens to show sport. It is also where our mail gets delivered to so we have pop in occasionally ;) There is satellite TV and a DVD player and some books. Feel free to watch our DVD's and read or swap books as you like.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and also a BBQ available. There is air conditioning in each room and also ceiling fans. There are plenty of travel plugs, and alarm clocks in the bedrooms - in case you have a trip booked! There is a dining table in the living room, though we mostly tend to eat on the outside tables to take in the beautiful views!

There is a dongle available for wi-fi access though you would need to buy airtime from the local Vodaphone shop. However, all the local bars etc do also provide free wi-fi.

The pool is used at your own risk. The plot is shared with 2 other Villas, however the other Villas are owned and not let, so are quite often empty and you have the area to yourself.

Thank you for the review - I have had new covers made for all the roof furniture, which I am sending out this week. The benefit of the Villa being hillside is the lovely breezes which are welcoming in the High Summer. Having a car is personal choice, we always do but have plenty of clients who don't. You were wonderful guests who we would welcome back any time x

How do damage deposits work?

If Elizabeth "Annie" (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
