Located in Falassarna, the most famous area during the summer season, this villa will offer the comfort of a home to retire from after a long day. The property ensures a high-quality vacation with amenities that cope with the ambitions of the most discerning guests. Shall we get a glimpse of the villa?

Indoor facilities

Casa di Franco is a three-storey villa consisting of 7 bedrooms, one of them with bunk beds. On the lower floor, you will find a room adequate for people with disabilities with an ensuite bathroom and a bunk for 4 persons. In the same area, you will find a gym and a Hamam. Four bedrooms are situated on the first floor, three with single beds which can be converted into double ones and one with a king-size bed. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fantastically-equipped kitchen for foodies. The area is completed with a dining and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and a projector and a PlayStation Console and a bedroom with a king-size bed and a communal bathroom. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. The neutral palette used here creates the perfect scenery for a serene getaway from the fast pace of life making your stay unforgettable. Sink into the sofa with a good book, or gather your group in the cozy dining area for an evening together. Natural light illuminates the interior, spend the night sipping on wine while having some quality and relaxing time with your loved ones. The best part of this villa is the wine cellar on the lower floor, adequate for connoisseurs and discerning wine lovers. After all, is there any present more elegant and distinguished than a relaxing evening by the fireplace with a glass of fine wine under the starlight sky? Via elevator, you can get to the lower floor.

Outdoor facilities

Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than laying by the pool and having your tanning session? The private garden lawn is suited for sunset drinks and a swimming pool with a lounge area with sofas make the ideal spot to relax. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for 16 guests for moments of relaxation for you and your family. Fire up the grill and gather together for an alfresco meal under the pergola as the stars come out one by one. sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun and the little things that will impress you. Falasarna Luxury villas is a complex with four luxury villas one close to the other. The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 20 and the guests can book as villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night from March to October and 4€ per night from November to February. This fee will be paid via cash upon arrival.
