This magnificent two-bedroom villa offers an extraordinary view of the mysterious Libyan Sea. From the moment you step inside, you'll be captivated by the impression that Africa is just a few miles away. The villa also boasts a stunning view of the famous village of Plakias, and there's nothing between you and the infinite blue expanse of the southern part of Crete.

Situated on a hillside, this villa's privileged location is perfect for any visitor seeking breathtaking sea views and relaxation. It's conveniently located just 1.5 km from the renowned sandy beach of Plakias. The interior decor is simple and minimalistic, while the exterior areas offer a high level of comfort. The villa is visually appealing from every angle, whether you're relaxing in the living room or by the pool area, where you'll never tire of watching the blue of the southern sea and the romantic sunset.

This brand new, one-floor villa accommodates up to 5 people. As you enter, you'll find a spacious open-plan area consisting of the living room, the indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area has direct access to the veranda and the pool area. The villa features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There's also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. All bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and flat-screen TVs.

When it comes to beautiful beaches, the area is privileged with some of the best in Crete. The nearby famous beach of Preveli, with its palm forest, and Damnoni, are just two of the many unique choices. Majestic gorges and numerous historical and cultural sites can also be found in the vicinity.

The nearby village of Plakias is a picturesque village with a wide range of tourist attractions and is located just a few kilometers from Rethymno. It offers many taverns, restaurants, bars, mini markets, car rental agencies, and outdoor activity providers.

Next to this villa, there are two more identical two-bedroom villas, each with complete privacy, sea views, and the capacity to accommodate up to 5 guests. When all three villas are rented together, special prices apply, accommodating up to 15 guests in total. The villa is licensed by the National Tourism Organization.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
