Pyrgos Exclusive Villas is a charming complex comprising 4 villas, each offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a maximum capacity of 5 persons in each villa. Nestled within this complex are magnificent two-bedroom villas, each providing an extraordinary view of the mysterious Libyan Sea. These elegant rural villas offer guests a breathtaking vista of the Libyan Sea, creating an impression that Africa is just a stone's throw away. The famous village of Plakias can also be admired from these villas, as there is nothing to obstruct the panoramic view of the infinite blue sea in the southern part of Crete.

Perched on a hillside, Pyrgos Exclusive Villas enjoy a privileged location that will captivate every visitor seeking awe-inspiring sea views and relaxation. These villas are situated a mere 2 km from the renowned organized sandy beach of Plakias and approximately 3 km from the village itself.

The interior decor is characterized by simplicity and minimalism, while the outdoor areas offer great comfort. The villas are visually pleasing from all angles, inviting guests to relax in the living room or by the pool, where they can never tire of gazing at the blue expanse of the southern sea and its romantic sunsets.

Each villa features a one-story layout. Upon entering, you'll find a living-dining area, an open-plan kitchen, and a modern shower/WC. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, and the other with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with individual air-conditioning units and flat-screen TVs. Each room has direct access to the veranda and the pool area. From there, a staircase leads to a spacious shaded patio with a barbecue and spectacular views.

The pool at each villa measures 18 sqm. These villas are licensed by the National Tourism Organization.

The Area:

The surrounding area is blessed with some of Crete's most beautiful beaches. The nearby renowned beach of Preveli, with its unique palm forest, and Damnoni are just two of the exceptional options. Majestic gorges, historical sites, and cultural attractions can also be found in the vicinity.

The picturesque village of Plakias, located just a few kilometers from Rethymno, offers numerous tourist attractions. It boasts a wealth of taverns, restaurants, bars, mini markets, car rental agencies, and outdoor activity providers.

We thank you for taking the time to review our property. In order to avoid any misunderstandings and to clarify the issue, the owner proposed to stay only for one night at the other villa (he thought that it would be better for you due to the heavy storm) and then return to the villa you have booked, but you rejected this option and you chose to stay at Pyrgos Pyrgos Exclusive 3. As for the price, notice please that the villa that was offered to you and finally you stay at, it was a bit cheaper due to the fact that we had a last minute cancellation and the price was reduced for a last minute reservation. Last minute offers due to cancellations is a common practice for many years now in the tourist industry. The offers are for specific periods and dates. All these details were explained to you one day prior to departure (when you contacted us to demand a refund according to the new rates that you have seen in a portal that you didn't use to book your villa). So for us and for tui everything is clear and we tried to explain to you too. Please allow us to receive this review as misleading and unfair since during your 10 night stay in our rental you didn't mention anything at all to the owner himself or to our agency and you decided to claim a refund on the last day. In any case, we believe that this is an isolated and unfortunate case that has never happened before. Our goal is to offer the best quality of service to our valuable guests who trust us every year and we will continue to do it so. How do damage deposits work?
