Located in lauderdale west community, 55 & older seniors. One level condo/ street level.

Close to buses & bustling community of plantation, fl.

This fully renovated 1 bedroom condo is located on a lovely canal perfect for fishing & viewing native wildlife.

Condo has been recently renovated with many upgrades. New furnishings, very fast internet, (free wifi), & cable are included.

Kitchen is fully equipped with electric range, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots & pans. Full service for 8+ dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, & serving utensils. Complimentary supplys that you may need. No smoking !

Living room is comfortably furnished with new lazboy sectional chaise lounge, pull out bed. Lazboy recliner, end tables, two floor lamps, 55 inch hd tv.

Plenty of storage space for suitcases & other items in the double mirror closets.

Master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, night stands & lamps. Large walk-in closet, & built in desk. 55 inch hdtv. All linens, blankets, comforters & pillows are furnished.

Master bathroom includes tub/shower combo, toilet & large sink vanity. We provide clean towels, floor rug for shower, paper towels, complimentary travel size shampoo and lotion, hair dryer, bath tissues.

Dining room is well furnished with table & 4 chairs.

Second full size bath room includes full size stand up shower, toilet, and vanity with sink.

Enclosed back porch off the master bedroom makes a nice sitting area off the canal. Furnished with game table, chairs & several games.

Full size washer & dryer located in utility room off the sun porch.

Fantastic out side patio on the canal outfitted with comfortable furniture, & bbq.

A spacious open concept floor plan inside and out.

Two designated parking spaces in front of condo designated for your vehicles.

Plantation & ft. Lauderdale area is famous for the arts, beaches, culture, tropical weather. This condo is conveniently located to experience all ft.Lauderdale has to offer. This is a no smoking condo inside or out around premises . We do consider pets with pet fee.

miami marlins park, arts at plantation, plantation sawgrass mills mall, discovery & science, plantation everglades, golf club at plantation. Las olas blvd to eat drink. Seminole hard rock casino, florida everglades, bank atlantic center for sporting advents, circuses , concerts, and trade shows. Ft. Lauderdale beachfront promenade, museum of discovery and science, imax 3d theater sawgrass mall, marlins park, jungle queen river boat, broward center for preforming arts, sawgrass mills mall. 55 and older community . Very quite.No parties . Blue bags used to take out trash. Trash days are monday night and thursday nights. Very clean and well respected . Laundry is located in condo. Please address all concerns and questions to owner 24 / 7 available . Pool Rules: there is no food or drinks allowed. Must bring your own towels. Any questions ask by. residents , please refer your. self as a quest .  Thank you and have a great time.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Bertha (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
