For those who seek a true break, apartment in SeaDream beach house in Plat near Dubrovnik is a perfect choice.

Renewed old mill is a family Jeric summer house on the beach with stream passes under the house (kitchen).

The apartment is on the first floor and it has separated entrance on the back of the house. It has 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with one double bed and another one with 2 single beds), a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony all overlooking the open sea, islands and the town of Cavtat. Moments of peace with the sound of stream passing under the house stays with you for a lifetime. A really special place peaceful and secluded, surrounded by the nature - this is the place of true vacation.

Reading a book all day in a sun bed or sitting on a millstone and watch the sunset, and for lucky ones booked mid August, a treat from the fig tree growing from the house.

Small pier with sun chairs and parasol in front of the house is at your service. Quite and secluded, surrounded by the nature. There are 4 Family houses in the neighbourhood.

No Parking near the house - Parking is near Hotel Plat app 8 minutes walk from the house.

Near Hotel Plat there are restaurants, bars, swimming pool, small grocery shop, children playground, tourist and rent a car agency.

Plat is connected with Dubrovnik by taxi, bus and boat lines. There are few supermarkets for big shopping 5 minutes drive towards Dubrovnik.

How to find us:

Drive 10 min from Dubrovnik or from Cilipi airport, turn to Plat and park near reception of the Hotel Plat. Walk through the Hotel Plat complex and near the children playground and then take the stairs down to the beach. Walk over the pebble beach (app 8 min) and on its end there is the Jeric beach house and the Sea Dream Apartment.

Another approach to the house is to park your car near the main street (when you enter Plat), walk 2 min. to reach the stairs, than go down the stairs (200) and you will come directly to the house.

How do damage deposits work?
