Villa Athinais is a brand new luxury villa 200sqm which is located in the tranquil village of Gerani, 15km west of the city of Chania. Following a small road up to the top of a hill this stylishly decorated modern holiday villa is located away from the crowds, offering stunning & amazing views of the Cretan Sea and the mountains. The villa is built in maisonette style in three levels, in a plot of 3.500 sqm private land, surrounded by olive &orange trees, flowers and beautiful gardens.

The property offers extreme privacy and peaceful and its ideal for families with children,group of friends , the perfect escape!

The accomodation is bright and spacious, very attractively decorated and furnished to a high standar.Villa Athinais offers guests all the necessary amenities for a memorable stay in one of the most tourist locations in the area of Crete.

Villa Athinais has 3 comfortable bedrooms on the top floor with en suite bathrooms and a luxury studio with fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with sofa bed and a luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi on the lowest level. The Villa can comfortably accomodate up to 8 quests (6 adults & 2 children).

Villa Athinais accomodation:

Ground floor: luxury studio with fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with sofa bed, luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi, internet corner, library ,mini gym and play area for children.

First floor: Fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room for 8 persons, open-plan living room with fireplace, large veranda fully furnished, ideal for day and evening casual relaxation.

Second floor: Three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, fabrics and furniture all decorated in colorful, soft and romantic tones, modern paintings. A master bedroom with king size bed and a bedroom with double bed, share a common spacious shaded balcony with furniture, offering panoramic and incredible views over the Cretan sea and the mountains of Lefka Ori.

The third bedroom, decorated with vivid colors in orange and beige, has also a double bed and en-suite bathroom. It enjoys its own private veranda with unique view.

All rooms have large balconies overlooking the sea and the heavenly gardens which are illuminated at night creating a special romantic and idyllic atmosphere.

Outdoor: Among lush gardens, exotic plants and vibrant roses the swimming pool and the kid's pool completely in privacy. Umbrellas & sun chairs, shower, barbeque area with outdoor dining table, grassy ground and playground for kids. A private parking place is also available.

Outside area: This holiday villa has large outdoor living areas,shaded fully furnished verandas facing to the pool and the sea and a spacious dining area pergola close to the barbecue.

Swimming pool and kids pool, umbrellas and sunchairs, grassy ground and shower, pool towels also are provided.

The pool is heated upon request, with an extra charge, 60 euro per day.

There's parking for two or three cars along the side of the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Meropi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
