Cocina totalmente nueva. Equipado con nevera (nueva) lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, tostador, calentador de agua, sabanas, toallas y vajilla. Utilizado exclusivamente hasta ahora por sus propietarios. Urbanización muy tranquila, amplios jardines con piscina comunitaria para adultas y otra para niños. Parking interior. Distancia a playa (Cala Rovira - frente a antigua villa romana Pla de Palol) 600 metros.

Gracias por su opinión, aunque esté distorsionada y haya obrado de mala fe, al responder a mi correo y a mi opinión en el portal de tripadvisor. La situación y ubicación está en línea con la amplia descripción que hay en el anuncio de Tripadvisor, así como también la cocina y el resto de ambientes: 3 habitaciones, una con dos literas (incluso con una cama plegable adicional), otra con una cama, que se convierte en dos, y una doble con baño incorporado totalmente nuevo, así como otro baño completo para el servicio de las dos habitaciones restantes. En cuánto a los utensilios de cocina en el horno, y otros en los armarios de la cocina, son muchos y variados, y los que utilizamos nosotros habitualmente, incluso se han incorporado juego de cacerolas nuevas. La nevera es nueva y con un amplio congelador. El apartamento se ha pintado este año, y, como dice la huésped con una amplia terraza con amplias vistas. Los armarios están totalmente vacíos, salvo los dos de las habitaciones de la entrada, dónde hay toallas, sábanas, mantas y otros enseres, y, a excepción de una "trona", silla para niños, que usa mi nieta, no ha nada que pueda molestar, todo lo contrario. Sí que es cierto que hubo un incidente con la electricidad, el día anterior a su salida, y que ni bien me enteré, llamé a un electricista para que solucionara el problema, a las 22,30 de la noche. Pudo solucionar parte del problema, pudiendo conectar la electricidad, salvo la línea de la cocina. El electricista volvió a la mañana siguiente, y, conmigo delante, revisó totalmente la instalación, no encontrando absolutamente nada, salvo que la línea de la cocina se había recalentado, y por eso, el térmico, cortaba cualquier intento de volver a poner en marcha dicha línea, y así el sábado a la mañana volvió a funcionar con total normalidad, no teniendo que realizar cambio alguno en la instalación, que es revisada periódicamente. Todo eso me ha ocasionado unos gastos, totalmente innecesarios, si no se hubiera abusado de los electrodomésticos de la cocina, haciendo saltar el térmico de la línea primero, y luego el dispositivo general. Lo que no dice la huésped, es que la reserva se hizo para 4 personas, dos adultos y dos niños, y que en realidad ha habido alojadas como mínimo 7 personas, dejando todo desordenado, la ropa de dos semanas tirada y sin haber lavado absolutamente nada, pero con el detergente casi totalmente utilizado. Lo que tampoco dice la huésped, es que hemos encontrado papeles debajo de las camas, y el apartamento muy sucio, además de libros y adornos todos fuera de sitio. Se tardó más de 4 horas en limpiar y adecuar todo el apartamento, cuando la normalidad es de 2 a 2,5 horas como máximo. He tenido huéspedes de distintos puntos de España, de Francia y de Italia, y, nunca, nunca he tenido problema alguno con ninguno de ellos; más bien todo lo contrario, con notas y comentarios personales muy positivos y agradables. Hoy, por ejemplo, me he encontrado con una nota en la mesa al llegar, de la familia francesa que estuvo estos días, y una caja de bombones como regalo para mi familia, y agradeciendo la estancia y el trato. Ha habido una vulneración de contrato completamente, ya que en ningún caso hubiera aceptado una reserva para 7 personas, a pesar que caben perfectamente, siendo el máximo 6, si parte de los mismos son niños o adolescentes con padres. Y, discúlpeme, pero si ha sido o es agente de viajes, no se ha notado mucho, y en cuanto a viajar, yo también he viajado bastante por diversos países del mundo, y por eso, he querido alquilar un apartamento, sin engañar a nadie, de hecho las fotos, no reflejan ni la nevera nueva, ni la pintura total del apartamento, e intentamos que el trato sea personalizado, así han sido recibidos por mi hija y mi yerno, ya que yo estaba fuera por motivos de salud de mi madre, con una botella de cava en la nevera, como presente, además de té, café, manzanilla y otro tipo de infusiones, aceite de oliva, vinagre, azúcar, sal e incluso pasta, además de papel higiénico suficiente para toda la estancia, papel de cocina, etc., etc. No hubiera publicado comentario alguno sobre el huésped, si no me hubiera encontrando el apartamento tal como lo he encontrado, perjudicando a los huéspedes siguientes, más que a mí. Tengo por costumbre, cumplir con lo que firmo y prometo, y lo seguiré haciendo, ya que todo eso es más importante, que el alquiler de una semana o quince días de un apartamento familiar. Por cierto, cuándo he viajado y alquilado apartamentos, los he dejado siempre en condiciones, y no he tenido problema alguno nunca, como no lo he tenido en el alquiler del apartamento de Petunias. ¡Qué cada uno saque sus propias conclusiones!, ah, y por favor, Sra. Claire Salmon, en nuestro apartamento no es bienvenida!
