Casa Piscina is an absolutely stunning luxury holiday villa, complete with private heated swimming pool. This magnificent villa which is situated in the Bouganvilla development aera has been both furnished and equipped to a high standard, with no expense spared. The villa has Wi-Fi, Satellite TV and full airconditioning (on both floors). The pool is specially designed for the villa, large and inviting (The largest pool in the Las Buganvillas developement).

Casa Piscina is situated on a one of the prime plots of the development (back line) therefore it commands spectacular sea/mountain views. The South facing terraces which are set on 2 levels are decked out with sunloungers/cushions, parasols & outside dining furniture.

This property is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples who are looking for a totally relaxing, luxury holiday.

Interior

Casa Piscina is stylishly decorated and very spacious, this two storey villa is presented to a very high standard. Ground floor has a large, bright living room with doors to the garden and swimming pool. There are comfortable furnitures, made for relaxation. A modern kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a villa holiday. It has a wide oven, Fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a microwave. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is also a little gym with table tennis, a spinning bike etc. The gym has a sofa bed.

First floor has one bedroom and a bathroom en-suite. There is also a TV-room with Play Station. There are doors leading out to the roof terrace.

Exterior

The outside area of Casa Piscina has outside dining area, a relaxation lounge, swimming pool 8,6m x 3,5m and a door which leads to the tennis- and racketball Courts. There is also an outdoor pool table where you can enjoy a good game.

The large roof terrace is partially covered by a pergola has sunbeds, sofa and a second outside dining area. The views from the roof terrace are beautiful.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Anette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
