Villa Primera is a full air-conditioned, quality villa designed for "chilling out" - couples or families.

The luxury curved pool and waterfall are child friendly with easy access. About 12 minutes stroll to the centre of Playa Blanca, its shops, eating places and beaches. Few guests ever bother hiring a car - unless they want to tour around. We are proud of the standard of our family holiday villa - used for short-term breaks by family and friends - and for longer guest residential lettings.

Villa Primera's guests are highly enthusiastic about the first-rate facilities such as full air-conditioning, all British TV channels plus SKY sport and kids channels and internet/WIFI at the villa. Playstation 2 with own monitor. Over 100 books. Then there is the luxury, warm, heated pool, waterfall and two sun terraces at this lovely villa.

We are proud of the standard of our holiday villa - used for short-term breaks by family and friends and for longer residential guest lettings. We also rent Casa Verano next door with all the same facilities plus 1 extra ensuite bathroom.

Two big bedrooms sleep 4 comfortably. There is a comfortable sofa/bed in the living room if required. The kitchen has ceramic hobs, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a family bathroom and a bathroom ensuite to the master bedroom.The living and dining areas are furnished to a very high standard for your holiday comfort.

There is a lockable safe supplied. A local, professional maintenance company looks after towel and bedding changes, pool cleaning and garden tidying.

A south facing terrace brings you all day sun. There are nice views to the spectacularly beautiful Fémes mountains to the side.

The terrace leads directly to a tiled sunbathing area beside the totally private swimming pool.The luxury, curved swimming pool features a waterfall that gently cascades over black, volcanic rock into the warm water.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alan (the owner) a message.

If Alan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
