IDEAL FOR 2 FAMILIES.

The villa is ideal for a special birthday... an anniversary party or a family holiday. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very spacious with air conditioning in all bedrooms.

The pool is private, heated to a lovely temperature, with walk in steps and a shallow end which is perfect for young children and for non swimmers; the entrance to the swimming pool is gated to keep the little ones out. It also has a built in BBQ and a lush hot tub which seats 7, 10 sun beds, sun umbrellas and lovely outdoor furniture. The pool and hot tub will be cleaned during your stay. On the lower terrace is a pool table and more seating.

Inside the villa is a 50" LCD TV which shows all the latest films and all UK channels, sports channels and children's programmes, Internet, Bluetooth speakers. 2 hairdryers, bath and pool towels are also provided. A fully equipped kitchen so you have the option of eating in if you want to, however there are lots of great restaurants in the town, I will send you a list when you book.

Only an 8 min drive/20 min walk to the beach, pack a cool-box with a picnic and plenty of drinks: you won't want to move once you get there, Playa Dorada is a lovely man made beach. If you decide not to hire a car, taxis are readily available and are very very cheap. Book now and look forward to Sunshine, Blue Skies and Beautiful Beaches.

We also have another villa (Villa Lottie) of the same standard (5 bedrooms) available in the same location should you require two villas or if this one is not available for your dates.

Why can't I call Catherine (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Catherine (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Catherine (the owner) a message.

If Catherine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
