La casa ha sido reformada totalmente, y se han cuidado todos los detalles para hacerla cómoda y funcional. En la parte interior, la planta baja es un amplio espacio abierto que permite disfrutar de todas las estancias con la máxima comodidad. Tiene aire acondicionado en la planta principal (incluido en el precio del alquiler), y una salida directa a la zona de relax, piscina y solarium. En la planta superior, dos dormitorios y baño con ducha. El dormitorio principal tiene acceso a una terraza privada y cama de 180x200. El segundo dormitorio, con dos camas individuales de 105x200. El aseo en planta baja tiene WC y lavabo. Cuenta también con un comedor exterior, y barcaboa.

Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a todas las instalaciones de la villa.

Piscina climatizada (tamaño piscina 6x3 metros, el precio de la climatización de la piscina, que es opcional, se paga aparte, 20€ diarios, previa petición al menos 7 días antes de la de la llegada). Tumbonas y toallas de piscina. Barbacoa, comedor exterior, salón exterior o zona de relax. Desde el momento de la petición de información nos mantenemos en contacto personal y directo con los huéspedes, ayudándoles en lo que puedan necesitar. El día de llegada recibimos personalmente a nuestros huéspedes y les contamos todos los detalles de la villa y damos la información que puedan necesitar sobre los servicios más cercanos, zonas de ocio y restauración, etc.

Nos gusta recibir a los huéspedes y que se sientan como en su propia casa, y solo les pedimos que lo tengan en cuenta para cuidarla y mantenerla como la encuentran a su llegada.

La villa se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado de la isla. En el sur de Lanzarote, a escasos metros del paseo marítimo que une la Playa de las Coloradas (a tan solo 300 metros de la villa) con el Puerto Deportivo Marina Rubicón (a 800 metros).

A tan solo 200 metros del supermercado y de servicios de guaguas y taxi.

Desde la villa se puede ir caminando al paseo marítimo (75 metros), a la playa (300 metros), supermercado (200 metros), restaurantes (350 metros), Puerto Deportivo (800 metros), etc. Pero para conocer realmente la isla es muy útil alquilar un coche (la casa tiene zona de aparcamiento propia), o si no se desea conducir, existe servicio de taxi y autobús a escasos 150 metros.

Desde el aeropuerto (a 35 KM de Playa Blanca) hay servicio de transfer y taxi, así como autobuses al pueblo de Playa Blanca.

Why can't I call Eva (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Eva (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eva (the owner) a message.

If Eva (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
