la Casa Blanca is a stylish, luxurious, beautiful bright and spacious villa with spectacular views across the sea towards the Islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. The villa has recently been extended and renovated to a very high standard, with all the extras you need to make your holiday a holiday to remember The villa has a 10 meter pool excellent for swimming or just floating about in and enjoying the Lanzarote year round sunshine, or you could just soak up the atmosphere on one of the sun beds, the choice is yours The back garden and pool are both south facing for the sun lovers, but you will also find a cooler sheltered area under the upstairs terrace so that you can escape the sun if you wish to do so. The front garden has a security camera facing the front two gates and front garden. . There is an purpose built Canarian style BBQ area which provides you the perfect place to sit and relax and enjoy some Al fresco dining in the marvellous Playa Blanca climate. La Casa Blanca is our baby and as such we have taken the time and care to make it as perfect as possible, we feel the villa has everything you could possible need to make your holiday here The villa is ideal for young couples, families or older retired couples, the villa is situated in a prime residential area, which brings with it the advantage of local restaurants and shop, you are just a 5 minute walk from the beach and promenade where you can walk into Playa Blanca main town, there is also a local bus that goes into Playa Blanca every 30 minuets or you can jump into a taxi for less than €6 The Villa is very secure and secluded it has a large wall surrounding the villa and electric gates to enter. The inside of the villa is equally as impressive as the gardens and pool area, We have two kingside bedroom both with their own bathrooms and built in wardrobes, both have their own terraces, the bedroom down stairs has two large single beds, these beds where purchased from the 2012 Olympic village in London so designed for adults not children making them nice and big for children and perfect if being used by teenagers or adults . The kitchen comes fully fitted with all the mod cons you would expect from luxury villa, two fridges, freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwashers, microwave, dulce gusto coffee machine, iron and ironing board kettle, toaster, and much more. There is a breakfast bar off the kitchen leading into the dinning room where you will find a sapious white table with 6 chairs for the evening when you prefer to eat in or just get away from the heat, the dinning room has patios doors out to the patio and pool area, Next to the dinning room is the lounge, this has a large white leather sofa and large 42" 4k TV with all the channels you could ever wish for BBC1,BBC2,ITV 3 and 4 and Chanel 5 and all sky sports channels as well as about another 300+ We also have a large selection of DVD's The lounge also has double doors on to the patio and pool area. As well as all this we also have a games room with a play station and wii console, there is a black leather sofa bed in here if needed. There is also complementary free WIFI in the villa

Why can't I call Bev (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bev (the owner) a message.

If Bev (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
