This Villa is a BEAUTIFUL spacious two bed, 2 bathroom villa with Private Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Pool Table, WiFi & Mini Golf, based in the quiet area of Los Alisios, on the western side of Playa Blanca. From the villa you can walk to Faro Park and the shops and restaurants that this area has to offer in 10 – 15 minutes.

On entering Casa Bonita, you come into a large open entrance hallway, this leads to the open lounge area, with comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view to the outdoor space. The lounge has a flat screen television, DVD player, and plenty of satellite TV channels to choose from.

The lounge opens up to the well equipped kitchen with utility area. The kitchen has everything in that you would expect and should feel like home from home.

Leading out of the patio doors from the lounge, you will find the well-established garden which benefits from carefully placed colored lighting to really enhance the garden area by night. Outside of the lounge doors you will find some comfortable outdoor sofas, perfect for sitting outside in the warm evenings. There is a large built in BBQ with a comfortable dining table and chairs, giving you the opportunity to enjoy some Al Fresco dining.

The pool is approximately 7 m long by 3.5 meters wide. The pool benefits from Solar heating all year round, or you do have the option of requesting the electric back up heater over the cooler months. The outdoor shower is a heated shower. There are sun beds around the pool for you to soak up the sunshine. Pool towels are provided with the villa.

The outside area also benefits from a 4 hole putting green, a Pool table, an Outdoor Hot Tub and a stepped area taking you up to a viewing platform where you can sit and have a drink and absorb the sea views and Fuerteventura across the Bocaina straits.

If you choose to add the Hot Tub to your booking we will provide some extra luxury towels for you to be able to arrive and fully start to relax on your holiday.

For those of you that need to stay in touch with the outside world, we do offer Wireless Internet. Please ask about this at point of booking.

Casa Bonita is made up of two bedrooms, but can sleep up to 6 people. It has a twin room and one king room, (the twin room can be made into a Super king room on request). The king room is an en-suite room which has a shower over bath and benefits from the addition of a double sink.

The master bedroom also opens out to the pool area and has a small table and seating area just outside the door.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning which is operated on a coin meter system. The dining area also benefits from Air conditioning.

The indoor dining area has a double sofa bed, TV, DVD player & Games Console, as well as a spacious dining table & chairs.

The guest bathroom compromises of a walk in shower, sink and toilet. For bookings over 7 days, we will either leave extra towels or do a mid-way towel change. For bookings, 12 nights or over we will do a mid-term clean, which will include changing all linen and towels.

The villa has off road parking.

PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional per day charge for use of the Hot Tub. Please ask for details.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. Ask us for more information about his BBQ packs, tapas or paella evenings plus much more. Details are in the villa.

A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
