Summary

Two bed, two bathroom villa in peaceful mixed residential / tourist complex with swimming pool in Playa Blanca, just minutes from the Rubicon Marina.

Quiet comfortable well equipped holiday accommodation with everything you could need for your self catering holiday. Partial sea and mountain views surrounded by well maintained gardens. There is a large communal swimming pool with sunbeds readily available.

It is particularly suitable for two couples sharing, providing each couple with their own bathroom and outside space but is also suitable for families with older children.

Ground Floor

Bedroom 1 – Twin beds. Large fitted wardrobe with shelving and hanging space, bedside cabinet and ceiling fan.

Bathroom 1 – Shower, WC, sink with large mirror and shelf above, hair dryer.

Kitchen – Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, good selection of pots and pans, cutlery, knives, utensils, boards, glasses, mugs and serving dishes.

Living room – Flat screen TV with internet channels and DVD player, comfortable sofa with cushions and two arm chairs, two side tables and floor lamp. Sliding door to patio. Free Wi-fi is available.

Dining Area – Glass dining table with four dining chairs.

First Floor

Bedroom 2 – Sliding door to upper rear terrace. King size bed, fitted wardrobe with shelving, safe and hanging space, bed side cabinets and ceiling fan.

Bathroom 2 – En suite with shower, WC, sink with large mirror and light above.

Access to upper front terrace and solana.

Exterior

Patio – Quiet, shady patio overlooking swimming pool and small garden for al fresco dinning with large table and seating for 4.

Upper rear terrace – Accessed from upstairs bedroom. Covered terrace with bistro table and 2 chairs. Overlooking swimming pool.

Upper front terrace – Lovely sunny area with views towards Montana Roja and the Rubicon Marina. Sunbeds and side table.

Solana – With boiler, washing machine and clothes line.

Parking – Private parking space for one car outside front of property. Additional parking is available on the road.

Notes

No maid service. Bed linen and a full set of bath and hand towels (including pool towels) are provided. For stays longer than 14 days, linen, towels and a service clean is included.

Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time is after 4pm and departure time is before 10am. Late check out or early check in may be possible but is dependent upon existing reservations and their arrival/departure times.

Thank you for your review. We're very sorry that you were disappointed with the cleanliness of the villa. We are somewhat surprised to hear this as most of our feedback is that the villa is very clean. We have however, passed your comments on to our local agent who is responsible for cleaning the villa between guests for his attention. With regards to the bugs, the villa and complex are fumigated on a regular basis.

Why can't I call Trevor (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Trevor (the owner) a message.

If Trevor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
