Situated in a peaceful residential location villa 24 has everything you need for the perfect relaxing holiday for you and your family.Built over two levels the property boasts fantastic views of the ocean and neighbouring island fuertaventura from the terrace of the master bedroom,large terrace comprising of heated salt water swimming pool outside dining area and traditional canarian bbq along with 6 sunbeds for those lazy days catching rays. There is a pool table and football table on the outside terrace.

You enter the villa grounds through double gates onto a pretty floral driveway with mature plants and flowers and plenty of room for two cars.

The ground floor of the villa comprises:

Entrance hall with marble stairs leading to first floor and entry to the main living area

Living room:

Two large leather sofas comfortably seat 6 people in this bright modern area with large LCD tv DVD player and playstation 3

Full tv package is included with all sports channels movies and kids channels plus a whole lot more.There are three large ceiling fans to help keep you cool on the very warm evenings,Large french doors lead out onto the huge tiled terrace.

At the far end of the living room there is a six seater dining table and chairs for those family meals.

Shower room:Large walk in modern spacious shower with thermostatic mixers wall mounted wash basin and free standing W.C all finished to a high standard with 6 LED spotlights

Bedroom 1:Spacious modern room with two comfortable beds,with fully colour coordinated bedding and modern fixtures and fittings and ceiling fan.

Kitchen: fully equipped modern kitchen with all the mod cons including cooker hob dishwasher kettle toaster microwave and dolce gusto coffee machine as well as a full size fridge freezer

Utility room: this room known as a solana in lanzarote comprises a washing machine and clothes drier

First floor:

Bedroom 2: Again a beautiful light airy fully colour coordinated room with two comfortable beds built in wardrobes and a bedside cabinet and chest of drawers

and a ceiling fan

Master bedrooom:Large spacious very modern room with separate dressing area

comprises a large comfortable queen size bed with fully colour coordinated high quality bedding,two chests of drawers very tasteful fixtures and fittings and a ceiling fan.A separate area with built in wardrobes and half length wall mirror;double sliding doors lead onto the terrace where you will find a bistro table and two chairs to marvel at the breath taking views over to los lobos and fuertaventura.

The pool terrace is predominantly laid to tiles and covers an area of approximately 450m2.the heated pool is a godsend on those hot sunny days and is salt water so no harsh chemicals to irritate the skin.there is a shaded pergola with a dining table for six guests for those perfect al fresco evenings.There is a traditional canarian bbq with all necessary tools for that special cook up

Outdoor lighting brings the outside terrace to life at night with wall mounted lights all around the garden

In summary this is a very nice villa with everything you could possibly need to make it your best holiday ever

Thankyou for your review of your holiday and the villa. I find your review of the kept damages deposit unfair. The villa was left in an awful dirty, messy state. The photos you have put on are only a few of what I sent you as proof of the dirtiness and total disrespect of my villa. All of the bedding was highly stained from creams, drink stains and food stains. You left sick on the floor which is unacceptable. Filthy toilets, suncream all over the leather sofas amongst other things. I had to pay another cleaner to help me clean the villa as we had guests arriving the day you left which was an added cost. I do not expect guests to leave the villa perfect but I do hope they respect my villa and leave it in a reasonable state when they leave. I try to keep my villa in a good state of repair and decor and make sure The villa is clean and spotless on guests arrival. I wasn’t aware of any building work going on next door. If you experienced this you could of mentioned it to me and I would have spoke to the builders. No noise from work is allowed on the community until 9am so you really should have let us know and I would have dealt with it. If I was aware of works I would of informed you prior to your arrival. I’m sorry you had to write a review about not getting your £150 damages deposit back but I felt the need to give my side of the story.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Greg (the owner) a message.

If Greg (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
