Las Brisas 104 is a light, bright 1 bedroom bungalow in a great position on the complex, close to the pool and other facilities but off the main walkways. It has recently been refurbished with a new kitchen and modern layout. The main living area is open plan and spacious with a dining area and lounge area, both suitable for 4. The area also includes a 43-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped, including microwave, blender, slow-cooker and food processor The living area leads out to onto a private, gated patio with dining table, chairs and loungers.

The bedroom is spacious and light with fitted wardrobes and 43-inch flat screen TV with all the British TV channels and a DVD Player.

The bathroom is clean and bright with toilet, wash-hand basin and walk-in shower.

Las Brisas complex is beautifully laid out with mature well tended gardens, a large heated outdoor pool with lots of sunbeds and free umbrellas and a free pool towel plus lifeguards. There are also free tennis courts on site along with a small well-stocked shop, manned reception, nightguards plus popular restaurant and bar. Wi-Fi is free of Charge.

Lovely modern well maintained villa

Villa isi in ideal location, just back from pool and close to clubhouse. Owners stay locally and are very helpful and friendly.

Why can't I call Claire (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Claire (the owner) a message.

If Claire (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
