SPACIOUS 2 BEDROOMED DUPLEX situated on a frontline complex flanked by pedestrian walkways to three sides and a volcanic beach and promanade to the fourth.
PARQUE SANTIAGO II is an impeccably maintained complex in an outstanding central location surrounded by an area which boast excellent facilities.
The Apartment is constantly updated and improved to maintain a high standard of accommodation, Ideal for families and couples. A spacious balcony off main bedroom furnished with comfortable furniture and sun awning. Large private terrace with sun awning, sunloungers, umberella and furniture for the use of apartment guest only.
We have recently installed Air Conditioning which is available for a small suppliment of £30.00 per week, note that fans etc are provided in all rooms.
Changeover day is flexible.
Day of departure to vacate by 10:00 am.
Day of arrival 16:00 hrs but bags can be dropped off.
Linen and bathroom towels provided.

THE APARTMENT is a duplex. On the ground floor there is a cloakroom with W.C and hand basin, a separate fully fitted modern kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and washing machine, there is a open plan dining/lounge area with modern furnishings, T.V, BBC and ITV, D.V.D player and stereo with usb link and card reader. Patio doors fitted with double glazed safety glass lead from the lounge out onto the large private terrace furnished to a high standard. The first floor comprises of 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds, hairdryers, ceiling fans, wardrobe and drawer space, main bedroom with large safe for the use of guest. Large patio doors fitted with safety glass lead onto the private balcony, furnished with comfortable modern furniture. The bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms and comprises of modern tempered glass shower cubicle with thermostatic controlled shower, W.C and basin. Smoke alarms also fitted to both floors for the safety and peace of mind of our guest.

PARQUE SANTIAGO II complex is situated in a central frontline position. The beach in front of the complex is a volcanic beach. Sandy beaches are located a short walk in both directions along the sea front. The complex has well maintained gardens and a salt water pool (heated in winter) poolside sun loungers and parasols charged locally, there are large terraced areas with pool side bar which serves drinks and food throughout the day.

The location was great the pool area was well maintained beach is on the door step I would highly recommend this apartment to family and friends would definitely visit again

Beautiful apartment, bright, airy well equipped, nice thick towels & plenty of them. Richard was great to deal with n responded immediately to all my enquiries. Look forward to going again next year
We stayed in santiago 2. The apt was fab. Absolutely brilliant location no need for taxis although taxi rank outside apt. Love noly bars n restaurant the best bar jazz bar live rock band every night. Best restaurant for breakfast la Rosa. Temp between 26 n 30 degrees very hot. Mac Donald's n supermac on either side of complex down the side street. Centra at entrance of complex n 6 euro taxi to Iceland. Beach at back of complex and access to through back entrance. Lovely beach to left of back of the complex. Water sports fab as I have 3 teenagers.best place to book for excursions is front of complex turn left n next right 2 min walk on left...great deals!!! Surfers surfing on beach in morn lovely to watch. Apt has a lovely garden with sun loungers. Pool is fine with salt water but beach nicer as u have to pay for beds. Happy hr at pool from 3 n pool n bar close at 7. Added bonus with free WiFi n air cond plus 48 inch telly DVD n CDs. Washing machine another added bonus. Quiet apt music u can here up to 12 but close double doors n theres silence. Location did it for me...BRILLIANT!!!
Very clean and tidy apartment. Good location. Shame you have to pay everyday for the sunbeds at the pool, but sunbeds supplied at the apartment are good. Would definitely recommend and use again.

What can I say except Top Class. The apartment itself is fantastic with everything you need and more for a great holiday - a real home from home. The location is wonderful with beach, shops, bars & restaurants all on your doorstep - yet the apartment itself is very peaceful and tranquil. Richard, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with and provided a hassle free experience from start to finish. I would happily recommend this property and will be visiting again in the future
“Wonderful duplex !”
This is a comfortable, homely duplex with everything you need for a fab holiday. Large garden with sunbeds and inside good quality comfortable furniture, big TV, wifi, air on and a well stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery, glassware, pots and pans - truly a home from home. It is also in a very central area, close to the sea and the masses of restaurants, bars and shops but tucked away enough not to hear the bustle at night. We will definitely be returning. Fabulous holiday.
“Very good apartment”
Have stayed in Parque Santiago 2 on many occasions and this is the best property so far. The decor and fittings are clean and in good condition. Having wifi and British television was good for us as we had bad weather. The complex has two excellent restaurants at the entrance,both of which I would recommend. The small on-site supermarket has closed and been replaced with a much larger Dialprix which even has an instore bakery. We have booked the apartment for another holiday which is the first time we have returned to the same accommodation and is the best recommendation of all.
“Great Apartment, Extremely Helpful and Organised Owner”
Very impressed with the apartment which was in a good location, clean and well-equipped. Great to have wifi and a TV with English channels as we were in in the evenings because we were travelling with my young daughter. We had been worried that the pool would be cold, but it was in fact pleasantly warm. It is easy to walk to the sandy beaches - you have a choice and hit them whether you go right or left. The beach immediately behind the apartments is a stone beach and where all the surfers go - great to watch (especially sitting in one of the restaurants right next to the apartment with a Sangria to sip on!) The booking process was very easy and Richard, the owner, is wonderfully helpful and organised. He gave us lots of information before we went, and was extremely quick to respond to any queries we had. On arrival we found that we couldn't open the patio doors because they had been jammed by the previous tenants; Richard ensured that this was rectified very swiftly, was great at communicating with us and very apologetic. As Richard knew that we were staying in for dinner on a couple of the evenings he recommended an Indian restaurant/takeaway across the road in the City Centre shopping centre. We very much enjoyed the food and the owner, Patwal, was very friendly.
