Being a private complex, it is quiet at night, with no clubbers allowed..Large heated swimming pool. Coin-operated air-conditioning in every room. Very economical to operate. Easy access - no steps whatsoever from the road right up to the inside lower floor of the apartment. N.B. The apartment is a duplex, with one bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom downstairs, and a further two bedrooms and second bathroom upstairs up a spiral staircase.Luxury air-conditioned penthouse apartment, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and hair dryers, huge 40ft SUNNY balcony with spectacular mountain, resort and sea views in one of the most popular seafront complexes of Playa de Las Americas.Situated in the best part of Las Americas with plenty of bars and excellent restaurants outside.
