Property description

Two bedroomed apartment in probably the best location in Tenerife. Both bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. The master bedroom has twin beds along with a set of full size bunk beds. The kitchen has granite worktops and an automatic washing machine. Magnificent sea views and views over the swimming pool. The free WI FI inside apartment includes in price. You can find free WiFi in the pool area also (needs a password, which I provide you with).

Dream location - considered to be the best located resort in the south of tenerife, beach front to the glorious beaches of playa las vistas and el camison. Only seconds away, (walking distance) of the 'golden mile' with its leisure and shopping centers including 'safari' and 'americas plaza' offering the most up to date shopping and dining experiences, the entertainment complex piramides de arona with flamenco shows and rock café inside , disco bar with live music, hard rock café and etc.

EXTRA Conditions:

The price does NOT INCLUDE final cleaning, which is 25 Euros per person. It is payable upon arrival or you could pay final cleaning fee through the platform of Holiday lettings. You will see these as part of your booking costs. In this case final cleaning fee is 100 euro per booking plus commission of Holiday Lettings.

Any booking over 7 days get a Linen and towel change once a week.

Damage deposit 200 pounds or 250 EUR is required upon arrival to cover any possible damages, this will be refunded when the property has been inspected on your departure

Access to the apartment is from 3:00 pm onwards on any day and the departure time is 11:00 am.

Cots, mattress for cots and baby bedding for cots being provided to guests upon request at an additional cost

There is a staircase in the living area which leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor.

Bedroom 1 has twin beds along with a set of bunk beds.

Bedroom 2 has two twin beds.

There is a safe located in bedroom 1.

Bathrooms:

En-suite shower rooms to bedroom 1 and 2 .

The bedrooms and both bathrooms are situated on the second floor.

From every bedroom there is 1 step leading to each bathroom

Kitchen:

The kitchen has granite work surfaces along with an automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker and ceramic hob, microwave, kettle etc.

Living Rooms:

The lounge / dining room has a sofa bed. A dining table. A flat screen tv with all of the main English channels along with a number of film channels etc.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

Weekly towel linen changes are included in the price.

Access:

The accommodation is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or for the wheelchair users.

No shelter from sun at pool

Umbrellas not available at swimming pool and sun at 25 !!!!!!!. ever….. With skin cancer a very big concern this was totally unacceptable. Can’t understand the reasoning behind this.

Top appartement op een ideale locatie. Netjes en heel schoon. Grote slaapkamers en badkamers. Complete keuken met oven, magnetron, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker en wasmachine.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Evgeny (the owner) a message.

If Evgeny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
