The villa with wonderful ocean views is located on the first line of the Ocean, in the most attractive touristic complex of Playa de Las Americas - Parque Santiago 3 .The spacious property has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom . The main bedroom on the first floor has a large wardrobe with the safe box inside, and the large balcony Ocean facing with the table and chairs - the best plaice to enjoy a gorgeous sunset. Another one bedroom is facing the courtyard of the complex. 2 additional beds are on the second floor, there is no door. The refurbished shower room for 2 people is on the first floor and regular shower on the ground floor. The charming kitchen is equipped with all needed kitchen appliances, as well as the dishwasher and the washing machine. Through the new folding doors in the living room you can access the garden with sun beds and the dining table . Fantastic longest promenade by the Ocean is right behind the garden . A plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket are in a short walk from the complex. The famous concert hall Pyramide de Arona is a 10 minutes walking, the golf club is a short drive from the villa.

    What an amazing place, perfect location, first class facilities. More like a home than just somewhere to stay whilst on holiday. Perfect for the family, can't wait to book again.

    Nice clean apartment and a Fantastic location

    The only negative was the lack of air conditioning, which we knew about, but apart from that the apartment was perfect for our getaway. Location was perfect.

    As a family with small kids that enjoy being near the water and coast-walk...it is hard to beat the location. Morning jog, sun-set walks or views from the balcony is just amazing. This is our 4th time… More
