Parque Santiago's sister complex, Parque Santiago 3, is directly next door and shares its amenities with the Parque Santiago 4 complex, i.e. its sunbeds & all the pools including the new fabulous children's mini water park & play area, table tennis & the new state of the art Gym with massage & treatment facilities, etc.,etc .

Here there are also numerous shops (many duty free), laundry & hairdressers & another supermarket, to name but a few, many restaurants to choose from & upmarket bars (all with strict time & noise restrictions), in fact everything you need is within easy walking distance to the apartment.

May we also point out that very few of the apartments on these 2 super complexes (Parque Santiago 3 & 4) are done to this extremely high quality specification but as private owners we have proudly renovated them to a style which we think befits their beautiful location & many visitors prefer the freedom & space of our properties & the luxuries provided within them, in comparison to the best of 5* hotels.

THE APARTMENT is entered by large patio doors into the spacious open plan living / dining area with lovely marble floors throughout & has a wonderful warm & bright Meditteranean feel to it being renovated to a very high standard & beautifully furnished with a modern leather suite, flat screen TV / DVD (with various satellite channels provided through the complex) & there are remote controlled electric ceiling fans in the lounge & bedrooms to keep you cool, when required. This is a space which is a pleasure to be in!

The superb, new & modern & well equipped open plan kitchen is divided from the rest of the room by a breakfast bar & has all the luxuries you require i.e. an American Fridge / Freezer with icemaker & filtered water, larder units, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, oven & grill & a microwave.

THIS FINE APARTMENT has 2 twin bedded rooms BOTH EN SUITE with the main bedroom having a double door wardrobe, a remote controled electric ceiling fan & large patio doors leading out onto the terrace area. THE EN-SUITE to this room is large bright & airy having marble throughout with WC, hand basin with vanity unit, a bath, as well as a large shower enclosure at the other end of the room. Shower & bath have handles in them to help the elderly or disabled.

THE SECOND BEDROOM has also a double door wardrobe, a remote controlled electric ceiling fan & a fresh & modern marble en-suite shower room with corner shower enclosure, WC & hand basin.

A cot is available (F.O.C.), if required, as is a 'Z-bed' for a 3rd child ONLY (for a small supplement).

We also provide a safe for your use.

LARGE PATIO DOORS LEAD OUT FROM THE LOUNGE ONTO THE PATIO / TERRACE AREA which has a table & chairs to wine & dine 'Al Fresco' or sipping the odd glass of 'Vino' and also 4 sunbeds with mattresses to laze away those relaxing hours. If you require a bit of shade there are 2 retractable canopies that shade the patio & any burning bods! Also supplied is a clothes dryer for when you need to use the washing machine.

The patio / terrace area has a gate to stop any tiny kiddies from wandering away!

The terrace area is where we ask any smokers to indulge as we do encourage a non-smoking policy inside the actual apartment.

As many regular visitors will know, once you've been to Parque Santiago 3 or 4, few other complexes can match its quality, location and value.

This apartment can ONLY accommodate 4 people.

We can take a 3rd child on a "Z" bed in the 2nd bedroom (for a small supplement cost), although it will make this bedroom short of space. We will NOT accommodate 5 adults as we do not wish to over crowd this apartment.

The Canary Islands region

There is plenty to do in Tenerife in all seasons as all leisure activities can be enjoyed 365 days a year due to its sunny climate & its very pleasant temperatures.
Sporting facilities close by are fishing, scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, windsurfing, swimming, paragliding, tennis, cycling, roller blading, jogging, walking & golfing.
The aqua park & adventure parks are within easy access.
There are plenty of golf courses to choose from --most of which are within a short taxi drive except for the 2 up in the north which are approx. one hours drive away and there's another course on the island of "La Gomera" ! .

Playa de las Americas

Los Christianos is a popular fishing port which has lots of shops, restaurants & local markets. Frequent ferries go over from there to the neighbouring island of "La Gomera".
Other day trips to various places can be arranged from the port.

Parque Santiago 3 & 4 is a top quality area with so much to do you don't have to move so very far at all.
There are plenty of amenities here: numerous shops (many duty free), supermarkets (with its own bakery in the larger one), laundry & dry cleaners (if required), hairdressers, restaurants of all kinds (many with their own home-made ice-cream) & bars to name just a few!
The excellant new children's mini water park & play area can be used by guests on Parque Santiago 4, as can the table tennis, pool tables, football tables & the new state of the art Gym with massage & various treatment facilities & the internet & computer facilities at both reception areas with free wifi if you take your own laptop.
On the smaller Parque Santiago V behind the large supermarket is a lovely mini golf course to enjoy.
If you fancy a bit of pampering the "Mare Nostrum Resort" next door but one, has a spa with treatment facilities you can book into & don't miss the musical water fountains opposite which are a joy to see especially from "Harry's Bar" above, where you can sip away at an exotic cocktail while watching them.
The restaurants in the Parque Santiago area are plentiful & very popular especially around the fountain area upstairs by "Harry's" bar.
At midnight the area becomes much quieter for the consideration of all guests but, if you wish to continue on, just a short stroll away, there are bars which stay open a while longer & if you are a real "party animal" then wander down to the heart of Playa de las Americas!

ALL IN ALL, THE PARQUE SANTIAGO 3, 4 & 5 AREAS ARE TO BE ENJOYED, ARE VERY POPULAR, WELL RESPECTED & WELL RECOMMENDED ----- YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

“Excellant location with great facilities.”

An excellent situation. Two good bedrooms with shower bathroom and plenty space .Four adults had no problems. All furniture and fittings of good quality. Handy for both pools [one heated] Quiet but close to all facilities. Near the gym which had good modern equipment. Not cheap but worth every euro !!

Great apartment, very clean , great location right by the poolside. Our two boys aged 5 and 3 were able to play safely undershade out front on the spacious patio area whilst we sunbathed on the sunbeds provided. It was great to have beds beside the pool area and back over on the patio as we could still catch the rays whilst the boys napped inside.Kitchen was well equipped and clean. The oven and microwave were both spotless.Iceland store ten mins walk away allowed us to stock up the freezer for the the kids and the shopping trolley provided enabled an easy trip.Overall very suited for families with children or for any disabled client needing to use a wheelchair.
