Unforgettable vacations at the comfortable apartment in the beachfront complex in Las Americas!

1 bedroom apartment with double bed; bathroom (shower) and living room with a sofa-bed for 2, kitchen corner and dinning area.

The summary equipment: aircon (living room); ceiling fan (bedroom), wi-fi, tv, safe, washing machine, iron & ironing table, hair dryer, fridge, oven, stove, toaster, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee maker Nespresso, citrus juicer, puree maker, some cookware and tableware.

The apartment is located on the ground floor. There is a direct access to the swimming pool area through the terrace (equiped with own plastic furniture).

The common areas of our complex are composed by cozy swimming pool zone with 2 swimming pools (one of them is acclimatized in winter season) and child section (0,5 m), sun beds, billard and lounge corner with sofas.

An Argentinian and an Italian restaurants are at the main entrance to the residence. A small grocery store, some cafes, bars, etc. are at the shortest distance.

Hello. It’s a pity that my ex-guest had had such a bad experience staying at my place. I’m really sorry for anything which could be determinate as my fault. But now-on-day: following how the works go ahead and also staying myself with my family at the place twice along December and February, I’ve decided to write this reply... Just to avoid any incorrect conclusions about my attitude to my guests (which is important to me a lot), as well as about the living conditions and behavior of the guest, based on inaccurate data representation. I prefer not to go into emotions - as a rule, they are uninformative and manipulate the opinions of others. Simple concrete facts: The pool works were really approved at first for the end of the year November – December for 2-3 months. We were to be previously informed about the exact date of start, but unfortunately did not receive the aware note, so it was a surprise for me as well as for the guest. No lie neither tricks. …even more: as guest mention (supposedly basing on someone local person; which also coincided to my information to that day) the duration of works were of 2-3 months, but now known that it will be up to 5 months. Just some news coming along the works proceed. The guest arrived on 31st Oct before our standard check-in hour as a favor from our side. The works started on 4th Nov. So, that was 5th day of holidays (not 3rd). The worker's activity should start at 9:00. I’ve always asked to let me know if they start earlier to ask them to respect community rules. I’ve never said that I did not understand why they “leave the complex early every morning and pay to use the facilities at other hotels or rent sunbeds on the beach …………as half of the pool was still available”. That´s not a truth: I perfectly understood that even available pool was not acceptable a lot while drilling, that´s why I proposed some compensation to be used also for renting of sunbeds on the beach. The reason of reproach that guests should to spend money for any some facilities at other hotels was a bit surprising for me, because our residence is a private one and does not have free facilities more than pools. I spoke to other owners, which remained surprised about so-called free stay for next year. Discounts and compensations were (and are) used a lot because of pool works, but free stay in future…..?!! Each one who read this can base on their own experience and reasoning. Finally, I´d not like to discuss the total amount paid, which the guest is referring to, because it consists on the accommodation (host´s basic) price as well as on web´s fees. As for accommodation: taking into consideration that 4 days of totally 9 days of stay were appropriates, I did propose two options: full refund for 5 remaining days if guests did not accept at all the suitability of the place and would like to leave; or 50% of refund from 5 days price, if guests go ahead using the apartment. But they wanted 100% refund of whole stay. Not see it correct enough... Have to mention that guests mislead me since the beginning: the booking were made for two guests, but actually they came with child, so were 3 guests staying. Thank you for reading and sorry for a long text. Just thought: if my potential guests read reviews, let everyone make their own conclusion by reading comments of both sides.

How do damage deposits work?
