Fantastic vacation rental home in Las Americas, Tenerife. It´s in a popular, very well located and looked after complex with communal gardens, heated swimming pool with extensive sunbathing areas as well as a good pool bar, all of this at only a stones throw from the beach.

The complex is in a prime position in the genuine Playa de Las Americas area, this area is all flat and as such is well suited to cater for those with mobility issues. Within just two minutes of the complex you will find an array of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and of course the beach. Walking a further 5 min you will be in the 'Golden Mile' where there is a great selection of high quality restaurants and designer shops.

The porperty is flat -not a duplex- it is ideally located in the complex overlooking the pool and has as well partial sea views. It´s got a large&sunny balcony -South facing-, spacious lounge, separate bedroom with a king double bed, fully fitted American kitchen, bathroom, LED TV with lots of international channels in Spanish, English, German, French, Italian, etc., microwave, refrigerator, washing machine. Ideal for mature couples, WI-FI available for free.

So if you are looking for a prime location stay in a central area then this is the one for you! Suitable for up to 3 people.

How do damage deposits work?

If Elis Schez (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
