From the owner

Paraiso Royal is a hidden oasis in the heart of Playa de las Americas. It is centrally located, a minute away from many restaurants and bars and within a 10 minute walk to around four different beaches, with the closest beaches, (Playa Troya and Playa de las Americas), only 5 minutes away. All amenities are close by including the supermarket, banks and pharmacy. When you enter Paraiso Royal it is as if you have left the hustle and bustle of Playa de las Americas behind. There is a large shared swimming pool and a lovely cafe restaurant by the pool which is open during the day and in the evenings for food and drink. The Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 with safes, 2 bathrooms, (one is downstairs with a walk-in shower), and a well equipped kitchen and also a washing machine. The lounge and downstairs bedroom have air conditioning and the 2 bedrooms upstairs have ceiling fans. The patio doors from the lounge lead on to a large private terrace with our own sun loungers, patio table and chairs, where you can eat, relax and sunbathe all day. This west facing terrace overlooks the swimming pool and has sea views and you can watch the sunset in the evening. There is an additional balcony and roof terrace on the first floor for extra privacy. The heated pool has a large area for sun bathing and is just outside the Villa. The lounge is equipped with a flatscreen TV and a DVD player. The Villa has Free Unlimited Wifi and Cable TV, so you can watch all the UK channels as well as the latest movies. Being in such a central location allows you to explore the busy areas such as Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje as well as the quieter fishing villages, which are all within walking distance. The beachfront is perfect for an evening stroll and there are plenty of great restaurants and bars to choose from.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send CHRISTINE (the owner) a message.

    If CHRISTINE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
