Luxury top floor penthouse apartment with stunning panoramic sea and coastal views in the best part of Las Americas. Parque Santiago 2 is right on the seafront in a quiet family-type privately owned complex that does not allow groups of young clubbers.

The perfect choice for a relaxing holiday.

Bars and cafes are everywhere you look in this area with plenty of choice.

Getting around

Car hire is very good value in Tenerife. We recommend Autoreisen as it is consistently the best value. If you rent a car, it can be parked in the huge car parking areas to the side and behind Parque Santiago 1, or there is more parking nearby. However, please note that before 5pm parking can be very difficult as the resort is busy with people visiting the seafront. Buses stop nearby that go to all parts of Tenerife, and there is also a taxi rank outside "The Patch" less than 100 years away.

Interaction with guest

When the balance is paid you will be emailed with a comprehensive and detailed information letter which gives an access code for the property keysafe, for easy and quick access when you arrive. You will also receive a mobile number for the local management team who are on hand to deal with any queries.

House rules

This is a quiet family-type complex, unsuitable for night clubbers or groups of young people. Therefore at least one guest has to be over the age of 30 which may be verified on arrival by passport.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. £100 deep cleaning charge applies if smoke is detected indoors.
DATE AMENDMENTS are subject to availability and subject to a £50 amendment fee. Late checkout to 8 pm if available is £50 and can be requested not earlier than 2 weeks prior to departure.
