Spacious 3 story Luxury villa with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, private garden and a private pool is perfect for the large family or friends.

It is located in the heart of south resort Las Americas just in front of Playa Bobo beach within a walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars.

Playa del Bobo Beach of golden sand and calm waters, which contributes to the safety of bathers who visit it throughout the year.

The villa has 3 levels with a large and beautifully landscaped exterior of 1500 m2.

The large and green territory has a heated pool with color lightning, sunny terrace with sunbeds, roof terrace with ocean view, there is a parking area for 4 cars.

The traditional style is perfectly combined with modern technologies: high speed internet is available in all the rooms and flat screen TV with satellite channels (English, Spanish, Russian, German and French).

All bedrooms (except basement floor and the guest room) are air-conditioned.

Inside on the ground floor, you will find a bright and spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, guest toilet.

The spacious kitchen contains everything any cook would need ; oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffeemaker, microwave and dishwasher. Just outside the kitchen is a spacious dining room with table and 8 chairs.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom, two of them with both bath and shower.

Lovely large terrace has a heated pool with underwater color-changing lightning system. It is complete with sun loungers (11 sun loungers), ideal for sun-soaked Tenerife holiday.

Roof top terrace has a dining area with BBQ under a charming pergola. The dining table and chairs, also there is a lounge area with small table, sofa and 2 armchairs.

There is a separate bedroom and extra bathroom in the basement area. The room has 2 bunk beds and can contain 4 teenagers.

Mes commentaires: Vous étiez en décembre lorsque la température de l'air la plus basse la nuit! et malgré cela, déjà à 10h00 du matin la température de l'eau dans la piscine a atteint 24 *! Et l'après-midi, il s'est réchauffé encore plus! Dans mon annonce est juste une telle température de l'eau de 24-26 *! Les draps, les serviettes et les serviettes pour la piscine sont toujours servis pour 13 personnes! La maison dispose de 6 chambres: 4 chambres ont de grands lits king size, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain et dressing, une chambre simple et une chambre avec deux lits superposés!
