P1 is a fully up to date apartment.

Great views to Amadores beach.

Fully equipped you just need your tooth brush.

150 metres to Spar supermarket and they deliver.

Ground and first floor convenience store, hairdresser, bar and pool bar.

4 swimming pools 1 heated.

Playa del Cura is in between the lovely Mogan Marina village and the nightlife of Puerto Rica, reachable by bus or taxi 8-10 Euros

A quiet village with mixed nationalities. Irish pub and 3 restaurants serving quality food at reasonable prices.

Anfi golf less than 1 mile away.

Quiet complex with few tourists and no large tourist bus arrivals.

Lots of local things to do Diving - Jet skis - boat trips - Dolphin watching - fishing - Helicopter rides etc. .

“Relaxing break in the sunshine”

Although we had visited Canaries many times before we had not been to Gran Canaria. We were looking for some sun and recuperation after a busy year. We made a good choice! Fabulous views in the mornings especially as the sun came up super apartment with what looked like a fairly new kitchen and bathroom. I booked Monsenor P 1 but we were shown to X8. Don’t know what the difference is but we were happy. The housekeeper Evi met us and showed us where to go and also halfway in to the holiday came with her husband to fix the bed when the base fell apart. A good service. If I was to be picky I would say the only improvement would be decent pillows. Minuscule thin squares are not really acceptable! Some fairly decent restaurants at the bottom of the hill and Playa del Cura is a lovely little resort. We drove most days to Puerto Mogan (although the coast road was shut the whole time) which is a fab place: super beach, marina, restaurants and vibe. Thought Amadores beach was very regimented and over manufactured. We will definitely be returning to this part of Gran Canaria. Thank you.

We recently stayed in apartment X-8. This is a lovely apartment with a modern kitchen, nicely furnished, also has a Queens size bed. The views are amazing across the bay, and you could sit and look at this while eating on the spacious balcony. There are various pools you can use which are never crowded. There is a lovely beach close by. Paul the owner was extremely helpful, and assisted us greatly when we had some bad luck (health related problem) and sadly had to cut our stay short, Paul was at hand, and helped us immensely. We really hope to return sometime in the near future. Thank you once again Paul for all your help.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
