From the owner

The spacious sea view, 2 bedroom, 'Marysol 1' apartment is situated on the (top) 5th floor (2 lifts) of the very well situated Los Volcanes Residence, close to the beach and overlooking the pool with a children's area and surrounding gardens. Sunbeds are provided.

The wonderful Maspalomas/Playa del Ingles beach and dunes are 12 minutes walk away. The apartment and Residence are peaceful, while a small 'Spar' supermarket, restaurants, bars, nightlife, laundry, internet and tennis are just round the corner; and watersports and the attractions of the resort are also within easy walking distance.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and a sea view and the other with 2 single beds); sea view dining balcony with table and 4 chairs; lounge; bathroom and kitchen/diner.

A second almost identical apartment (Marysol 2) on the same corridor of the Residence may be available at the same charges. Both apartments have very similar, open views to the sea.

Playa del Ingles/Maspalomas has an amazing golden sand beach stretching for more than 5 miles and the sunniest climate of Gran Canaria.There is an authorised naturist area on part of the beach. The beach, the famous dunes and a nature reserve were protected while the resort was developed around them in the 1970s.

Transit from Las Palmas airport is very easy (about 25 mins); a taxi from the airport costs about 35 euros and there is a bus (cost about 5 euros).

Great place , near everything but peaceful and relaxing with a great view from the balcony and everything you need . Already looking forward to returning for a month later in the year .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
