Spacious and fully equipped, fully air conditioned house for up to 8 people (with a max 6 adults). Quiet residential community. All outside spaces look out over the pool and garden. Walking distance to all essential facilities such as local shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket and the beach. Suitable for all year round use. Ideal for families. 3 bedrooms, all air conditioned, 2 bathrooms, partial sea view from furnished solarium and pool view from terrace and balcony. All furnished to a high standard, a real 'home from home'.

Large lounge/dinner, sat TV (English not Spanish channels), DVD player and PS2 plus games, dvd's and books. Plenty of tourist information provided. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Downstairs shower room and twin bedroom.

First floor large master bedroom with King size bed, room for additional single bed or cot and private furnished balcony, family bathroom with bath and shower, second twin bedroom that can also be arranged with three beds. Internal stairs to large furnished solarium.

Washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Close to prestigious golf courses, Villamartin 3km, Las Rambles and Campoamor 5km, a 15 minute drive to La Finca, Bella Vista, La Marquesa, La Romana and Las Colinas and 30 minutes to a wide choice of others. There are many tourist attractions in the area to suit all tastes. The town of Torrevieja is a short drive or bus ride away.

How do damage deposits work?
