Beachfront bungalow with superb panoramic views, newly refurbished and double glazed, FREE WIFI and English tv, situated in a fabulous position on the promenade of the Spanish seaside town of Playa Honda. Playa Honda is situated midway between the main tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen with its many restaurants and the Capital Arrecife, with its new Marina and shopping centre. Beaches are never crowded and you can walk, or cycle, for miles along the promenade in either direction. Playa Honda has something for everyone. This is not a tourist centre and therefore provides all the necessary local shops for the community (chemists, bakers, supermarkets etc.) plus good reasonably priced restaurants/bars. During the summer evenings the local people just wander along the promenade, sit on the beach relaxing or enjoy one of the local restaurants on the seafront scattered amongst residential properties. Just a few minutes from your front door there is a wonderful Italian Restaurant, Marilyn's Cool Bar and La Barca, a newly opened fish/general restaurant. The living room and main bedroom face south and overlook the promenade and the beach and it is wonderful to sit on the front terrace watching the world go by. Playa Honda is located on the east coast in the centre of the island and you can go by car in less than an hour to all points of interest on this beautiful island. The bungalow is very popular with couples who want to get away from the tourist centres and just relax and enjoy a good meal in one of the dozen or so good restaurants along the seafront. Not suitable for young children.

Once booked I send my future guests entry instructions (key safe number) a map of Playa Honda and directions from the airport. I always visit my guests the morning after their arrival to give them any information they may require, and to let them know that my son Warren is nearby and they can call him if they need him, and to answer any questions they may have.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bonney (the owner) a message.

If Bonney (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
