Villa excepcional y única, muy cercana a la playa, con gran piscina privada y espectaculares vistas al Océano Atlántico. Disfruta del sol y el mar, con la gran intimidad que proporciona esta villa, que facilita la posibilidad de relajarse con el murmullo de las olas, y/o deleitar la vista con la cercana Playa de La Concha y los fascinantes cruceros que pasan frente a la villa.

Si buscas privacidad y tranquilidad, libertad de espacio y amplias terrazas, piscina, increíbles amaneceres, estar cerca de todo lo necesario y con la playa de La Concha a tus pies, ... ¡acabas de encontrarlo! Esta es tu casa. ¡Tú y tu familia/grupo sois más que bienvenidos!

Dispone de 4 dormitorios -todos exteriores y con vistas al mar-, 4 baños (2 en suite), cocina totalmente equipada y un salón con TV-pantalla plana junto a la piscina con el que es posible recibir -vía satélites- la señal de numerosas emisoras de TV. La señal Wifi cubre las dos plantas de la vivienda. Dispone de aire acondicionado en el salón y en tres habitaciones de la planta alta, así como ventilador de techo en la habitación de la planta baja.

En las inmediaciones podrás practicar muchas de tus aficiones (caminar, correr, ciclismo, senderismo, gimnasio, buceo, pesca, vela, etc.), así como jugar al Golf en varios campos que encontrarás a unos 7 km (en Puerto del Carmen y Costa Teguise).

Dispone de dos terrazas y barbacoa en la planta baja y una terraza adicional en la planta alta.

Pueden quedarse hasta 4 personas, pero no se permiten más huéspedes que los originalmente indicados en la reserva (Ley Orgánica 4/2015, de 30 de marzo, de Protección de la Seguridad Ciudadana).

Si viaja con niños, consulte con el anfitrión. Hay puertas de seguridad disponibles para ellos, así como una silla alta y una valla para la cama. Como hay piscina, al estar en las terrazas los niños deben estar en todo momento supervisados por un adulto cercano. Declinamos toda responsabilidad por el incumplimiento de esta regla.

Antes de introducirse en la piscina es obligatorio ducharse, así como accionar el pulsador de su bomba de circulación

Está prohibido fumar, salvo en las terrazas exteriores.

El garaje no está disponible, pero hay suficiente aparcamiento gratuito en la calle.

Se ruega encarecidamente no tirar las toallitas higiénicas al WC sino a la papelera, para evitar atascos en los desagües (grave problema en toda la isla).

La villa se encuentra en un barrio residencial tranquilo. Los huéspedes se comprometen a un comportamiento respetuoso con los vecinos y a evitar hacer cualquier cosa que pueda molestarlos, como gritar, escuchar música fuerte, etc., especialmente después de las 10 pm.

Why can't I call Antonio (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonio (the owner) a message.

If Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
