Spectacular sea views abound with colorful sunrises and sunsets. Scenic jungle of tropical coconut trees and rich green vegetation harbors wildlife, exotic birds and thrilling waterfalls. We Are Unique Our beach houses are located 45 meters (50 yards) from the sea! Take in the clean fresh air while you enjoy wandering among the fruit filled coconut trees on our wide shore. This lovely haven is tranquil and secluded yet only 3.5 km (2 miles) from the center of Puerto Viejo, where you will find fabulous cuisine and entertaining nightlife. In our cozy cabinas you'll fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves and awaken to chirping birds, howling monkeys and the sounds of the tropical jungle. Wildlife surrounds you - iguanas, geckos and lizards, toucans, sloths, monkeys and the famous Blue Morpho butterfly. In the turtle season (summer and fall) huge leatherback turtles lay their eggs right on our beach.This is a two story building with separate accommodations on the ground floor and the top floor.Each unit has a private entrance.There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. The rooms have large windows - overlooking the sea, the creek, and the forest. There is a Comfortable living room with a convertible sofa which can also sleep two people. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, a gas stove, a refrigerator, coffe maker.Large balconies overlooking the sea, hammocks, hot water, garden showers, free WI-FI, BBQ in the garden to grill your catch of the day, these are just some of the amenities we offer. You'll enjoy the pleasant sea breeze, which helps cool the house. And you'll be mesmerized by the sweeping views from wide balconies, including a southern view of Puerto Viejo and a view to the north of Cahuita National Park (which is only 800 meters - half a mile - away).

How do damage deposits work?
