Our open air villa is situated on a point in the private community of Ocotal overlooking the Gulf of Papagayo, offering you and your guests the best views in all of Guanacaste. Our Villa features an open air living concept that allows you to enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica while you’re lounging in our spacious living area, sipping cocktails at our bar or dining “al fresco”. Relax poolside under the palapas in your own personal oasis surrounded by Royal Palms and our beautiful dry garden landscape; or go for a swim in our refreshing pool featuring a swim up bar for your enjoyment. Picture yourself waking up to unrivaled ocean views in one of our luxurious suites: wrap around balconies/patios, vaulted wooden ceilings, premium mattresses, oversized bathrooms, air conditioning, cable TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. Our luxurious suites and living areas will satisfy your every need. Stop looking, and start booking!

Our current package includes the rental of the entire Villa on a price per night basis and includes daily housekeeping services in the common areas and suites. The quote on this listing reflects the price per night for up to 8 people, each additional person is an additional $50/ night (not to exceed 14 people). Guests provide their own food and beverage. If you choose to do your own cooking, our fully furnished kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher are available for your cooking pleasure; or If you prefer to go out to eat our administrator can provide you with a list of delicious restaurants and dining experiences in the local areas. ** Holiday Rates are subject to change**

We also offer “a la carte” services so that you can tailor your dream vacation to be everything you want and more:

Daily Basic Housekeeping Services - (Complimentary) Our housekeeping services are offered daily and include the cleaning of the common areas and suites

Full Housekeeping Services ($50/day) Full housekeeping includes detailed cleaning of the suites and kitchen with 2 loads of laundry in addition to the basic services

Personal Shopping ($75/trip) We offer personal shopping for just $75 a trip. Our administrator will take care of your grocery shopping for you before you arrive to make your stay as relaxing as possible. (grocery receipts are cash only reimbursement, payable on arrival)

Chef Services and wait staff service ($190/day) Enjoy a private chef to prepare lunch and dinner for you and your guests, all you have to do is purchase your groceries and our chef will take care of the cooking! (minimum 3 days, coordinate menu in advance.

Wait staff takes care of setting and clearing the table with Chef Services, and provides evening/afternoon bartending services. Guests provide the alcohol and the mixers and the Bartender will blend, shake, stir and serve hand crafted cocktails to you and all your guests!

Laundry Services ($10/per load) If you or your guests are in need of laundry services, we can take care of that for you! You can request this service as needed and pay direct to the administrator during your stay with us

HOLIDAY RATES: If you book over a National Holiday (US or Costa Rican) each service will be an additional $25

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Juan Carlos (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Juan Carlos (the owner) a message.

If Juan Carlos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
