Casa Candelitas is a beautifully crafted modern house in a very private, serene environment, perfect for nourishing your creative spirit and deepening your connection to nature. Designed by well known Light Sculpture Artist, Deanne Sabeck and architect Erik Reise, it is a place of amazing tranquility and natural vibrance with the specific intent of stimulating both your creative endeavors and your yoga/meditation practice. With a very open design and zen feel, the house opens fully to both the ocean, over the infinity pool, and the mountains viewed from the kitchen. You can literally walk out of both the master bedroom and living areas into the pool and view the mountains, along with a large variety of birds, monkeys and various other creatures, while you cook up a fantastic meal in the gourmet kitchen. The yoga deck is on top with a 360 degree view of ocean and mountains, and also works perfectly as a painting or drawing studio. The property has it's own bananas, papayas, and mangos, monkeys, monkeys and more monkeys! There is a tribe that lives in this area and their highway is right next to the upper decks so they pass through frequently. The three bedrooms all have private bathrooms with indoor/outdoor showers and tile designs that are works of art in themselves. Unique Light Sculptures adorn each bedroom, as well as both indoor and outdoor sconce lights, cast glass sculptures and paintings all created by the owner. All of the furniture was, as well, designed and made specifically for the house. A 10 to 15 minute drive will get you to two of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, in fact Carrillo was named one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! This truly is paradise and you have total privacy to experience deep serenity and engage with the natural world!

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Deanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
