Casa Lumenez is a 6,000 SF villa set in a magnificent tropical setting within walking distance of Samara beach. It offers privacy and tranquility and is the perfect property for eco-minded guests seeking a luxury hideaway in a pristine environment next to a culturally diversified nearby town with a variety of restaurants and shops..

The villa and its lush grounds are maintained by an experienced property manager and a dedicated and courteous staff.

Casa Lumenez overlooks one of the most beautiful panoramic ocean views along Costa Rica’s Guanacaste Pacific coast. Designed by an award-winning US-Costa Rican firm the villa combines Colonial elegance and contemporary comfort.

The living spaces are on one level. The villa's stylish architecture reflects a great attention to details and features locally crafted wood doors and windows, distinctive floor tiles, hand-selected marble, and vaulted Pochote hardwood ceilings.

The elegant salon and adjoining spaces open onto a spacious covered terrace that overlooks a 50ft pool with massage jets. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and is enhanced with marble counters. In the main villa, each of the 4 bedrooms is tastefully appointed with a designer Queen bed , stylish furniture, ample closets, and its own elegant bathroom with a large shower and marble counters.

The adjoining optional cottage includes 2 additional one-bedroom studios, with their own baths. The studios are available upon request for an additional occupancy fee.

The property's lush landscaping features an amazing array of over fifty native plants including flowering Birds of Paradise, Ginger, Heliconia, Jasmine, Bromeliad, Bougainvillea, and Gardenia. It also includes Palm, Avocado, Papaya, Plantain, Almond, Ficus, and Citrus trees. A large variety of colorful birds, butterflies, and howler monkeys can also be observed.

The villa’s eco-friendly design captures daytime ocean breezes and benefits from after-sunset gentle cool winds that sweep down from the Santo Domingo highlands.

    If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
