Ada Waktu Bed & Breakfast is situated little south of the busy Yogyakarta, in the middle of fields and nature sounds.

Here, you can relax after a busy trip.

All our rooms are equipped with Western Comfort: Shower with hot & cold water, Western toilet.

We offer soap and shampoo, and towels.

The rooms have aircon and fan.

The price is from 4 guests. If more guests, price will change.

Maximum 40 people can stay here.

We have now 10 rooms, range from rooms for 2 guests to family room of 5 guests.

you can book for 4+ guests , and more. The price depends on the number of guests. All rooms must be fully occupied. If not fully occupied, you pay full price for the room. (room for 2 guests, occupied by 1 guest = price for 2 guests)

the remaining rooms can be rented to other guests.

We offer free Breakfast. Bottled water from the can is free.

However in the green surroundings, we are only half an hour away from the busy city, and the airport.

Thanks a lot for your positive review. We also enjoyed your stay. It made our holidays lively, celebrating Christmas & wedding party together. During your stay, all rooms were occupied, even the newest extra room. so, maybe little too much for our electric power...Everything is fixed now! Nice that you enjoyed our calm surroundings, just south of Yogyakarta! And it made us happy, you really appreciated to splash & swim in the pool! We wish you all the best!

Leuk te lezen, dat we jullie vakantie gered hebben. Einde van de Ramadan is inderdaad een hectische periode. En dan vind je de complete rust, net buiten de stad, in "Ada Waktu" *(Er is tijd, neem je tijd*) We proberen bij alle uitstapjes net dat ietsje meer te bieden, zodat de herinneringen langer blijven. Arie is heel tevreden over jullie lovende woorden over zijn kookkunsten! Jullie zijn steeds opnieuw welkom bij ons, jullie aanwezigheid zijn we nog niet vergeten! Het was ook heel aangenaam voor ons!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Arie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
