In a quiet hamlet in the heart of Brittany, Elsa is a pretty, traditional stone-built cottage and is one of three charming cottages on 2.5 acres of land here at Bot Coet Cottages. Set within fabulous landscaped grounds including a shared heated outdoor swimming pool, boule court and games room, Elsa also has its own private garden for relaxing or dining.

Elsa has been lovingly restored and features exposed stonework, a double height lounge area and a beautiful mezzanine bedroom. A perfect place to recharge your batteries - ideal for couples or small families..

Elsa has an airy downstairs living.and kitchen/dining area, with part double height ceiling. There is a TV with UK (freeview) or French TV, and DVD player with a selection of DVDS, plus and books and games to enjoy. Downstairs there is also the separate shower room and toilet. Upstairs, is the pretty mezzanine bedroom with double bed, with ensuite toilet. For small families, we can also add a cot or childs bed (stair gate and high chair available).

All bed linen and towels (not pool towels) are included in the price, as is all fuel and power. Wifi is available in the cottage.

Why can't I call Carolynn (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carolynn (the owner) a message.

If Carolynn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
