Our cottage 2 people to 6 people is labeled 3 tourist stars, PORCH VIEW Wed. It is 100 meters from the SEA on the wild coast of Brittany PLOUGASNOU north near Morlaix, Locquirec Roscoff. A REAL SEASIDE. We are an hour from Ploumanac'h elected French village 2015. All beachfront Morlaix Plougasnou is accessible by wheelchair, stroller. A comfort for all: the ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility (more space and a bathroom accessible to wheelchair). For disabled people, we can even install a hospital bed (contact us for an optimal organization) so that the best we can prepare the house and see if our house is compatible with the disabled. *** For a fairer price: we will do readings Electricity Company and water on arrival: payment at end of stay and the cleaning fee. we can accommodate up to 6 people: do not hesitate to contact us for additional information. Special PMR ***: We favored rotation areas, the size of the door openings, the space of the living room, the equipment, the safety of the shower room and the blue room. visually impaired person: visual cues have put on the berries, buttons (light, gas cooker, taken ect ...). The location of our apartment is ideal in Northern Brittany, Finistere crossroads of the Côtes d'Armor and Brittany South. We are only 1h30 Quimper. foot cottage of departure to discover the wide range of Tregastel-lined promenade the Méloine. *** OUR MOST: Bed -Linen provided -battery complete kitchen -any maintenance products come home -plateau in the kitchen (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar) quality products. -Guides on Britain in the free -telephone lounge on landlines in France and internet NORTH BRITAIN awaits its wild coast, its heritage, its gastronomy and many festivals (maritime, concerts, folklore ...) Merci pour ce commentaire élogieux sur notre région et notre gîte. Nous essayons de rendre agréable le séjour de nos vacanciers et de donner le maximun d'informations, si nos hôtes le désirent . Oui la Bretagne est belle au printemps, saison magnifique pour les passionnés de nature de plantes, de photographies, comme vous. c'est vrai faire le tour de la pointe de Primel, à pieds, avant d'aller visiter la baie de Morlaix est un privilège je pense. Nous serons ravis de vous revoir dans notre gîte, d'essayer de vous faire découvrir d'autres petits coups de coeur...d'échanger sur nos régions. Au plaisir de vous revoir.

Vous vous �tes baign�e : g�nial ! je pense que cette eau est vivifiante et riche en sels min�raux et nombreuses substances r�g�n�rantes. Je crois que vous adorez la Bretagne comme moi !. Oui,j'essaie de faciliter la vie aux gens dans le g�te tout en sachant que je ne peux pas tout...mais qu'il y a des choses simples qui sont un plus pour d�marrer des vacances r�ussies ! Sa proximit� de la mer, moins de 100 m�tres est un atout pour les familles avec jeunes enfants, de plus le front de mer am�nag� permet aux poussettes et fauteuils roulants d'y acc�der. Nous sommes fiers de pouvoir aussi recevoir les familles touch�es par le handicap ou accident. Nous sommes ravis de vous avoir rencontrer et aurons un �norme plaisir � vous recevoir de nouveau, � �changer ainsi qu' � vous faire d�couvrir de nouveaux endroits en Bretagne nord,ainsi que notre gastronomie locale. Why can't I call Odette (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Odette (the owner) a message.

If Odette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
