House for rent in Puebla del Caramiñal-Ribeiriña 100m from the beach (great views of the Ria de Arosa) and fully equipped (stove, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils). The house stands out as having a rustic look with a modern and functional to enjoy time and optimize the interior. It is ideal for the stay of small children and equipped to accommodate disabled guests. The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is the two bathrooms and kitchenettes. On the second floor are three bedrooms: one with double bed of 1.35m, one with a bed of 1.05my the last two bunk beds 0.90m. In addition, the lounge has two sofa beds. On the terrace, they enter two cars plus grill and garden furniture. Scrolling through the Atlantic coast and / or inward to find 40 minutes from Santiago de Compostela, Vigo 60, 75 and 75 of Portugal Coruña. It allows sports of all kinds to be near sports facilities (tennis, golf, paddle, etc).

    Se puede despejar la mente en el lugar y sus vista. Recién reformada y muy agradable la zona, tres habitaciones y dos baños. TODO lo necesario para estar tranquilo en vacaciones.

    Estimado Llanos. Muchas gracias por tus comentarios. Sin embargo, me gustaría matizar los puntos que indicas. 1) La nevera: es correcto. Era vieja pero tal y como se comentó la nueva no llegó en tiempo. En estos momentos, hay un combi nuevo. 2) Distribución: La casa está repartida en dos plantas. En la planta baja, están dos baños (uno de ellos donde está la lavadora) y la cocina-americana. La distribución total de esta planta son 40m2. 3) Ventilación: Todas las habitaciones están dotadas de ventanas así como de estores. En relación a la ventana que indica, no es una claraboya sino una ventana velux con cortina incorporada aunque su apertura no es muy cómoda al estar alta. Espero volver a verles. Un saludo

    La casa estaba pensada para que las personas con movilidad reducida pudieran dormir en los sofás cama que hay en el salón. En la misma planta están los baños, la cocina el salón y la terraza. No hay que subir escaleras.
