Freshly renovated with a lot of upgrades very spacious & private 4 bedroom & 2 bathroom house with new/rustic/industrial modern furniture, new appliances, 3 flat screen TV's, Netflix, Wii, Wi-Fi, Pool Table, Ping-Pong table and Lots of Fun Games. Located within minutes to most of the Mount Poconos attractions! You will have full access to all amenities available within the community. The amenities includes 1 lake (swimming and fishing) and basketball court. Walking distance to the lake. 10 min drive to Camelback ski/Camelbeach and Alpine Mountain (major ski areas), 5 min to Kalahari, 3 minutes walk to the lake, Mount Airy Casino, Outlet Mall, Mini Golf, Horseback riding and TreeVentures. Mount Airy Casino has upscale steakhouse, a sushi bar, a buffet eatery and a lively diner. An indoor/outdoor pool has a poolside bar and cabanas. There's also a nightclub, a public golf course, a posh spa and a fitness center. Mount Airy Casino, Desaki Japanese restaurant, outlet mall, within 6 miles!!! Golf courses: Pocono Manor 5 min, Stricklands Wiscasset is 10 min away!!!

This serene 1500 sqft. house is a private peaceful place to get away. It has a warm, inviting, relaxed feel that makes you want to kick off your shoes at the end of the day and curl up with a glass of wine or whatever suits your taste. This wonderful furnished rental includes all utilities. It has everything you need. Kitchen has granite counters, wood floors and professional stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have updated fixtures wall to wall travertine shower and master bathroom has whirlpool jacuzzi corner tub . All 4 bedrooms has a queen beds and 2 extra twin air beds are in the closet. There is a large landscaped back yard with patio, 4 person size Dry/Wet spa Barrel Sauna, Hot Tub in progress and will be ready to use by Jan 3, 2020, Firepit, BBQ with Ice Chest on wheels, Darts Board and 4 Bicycles you welcome to use.

The open concept kitchen living area is perfect for relaxing, conversing, playing games/pool table or watching TV/Movies. The 50" Smart TV (HDTV) has Netflix (prepaid) and YouTube build in. Im sorry, but no cableTV.

The adjoining kitchen/dining area has everything you need for 'eating-in'. It includes a huge refrigerator, dishwasher, double sink, stove, and a large microwave/convection oven. Small appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker and electric teapot are available. The island has 3 stools and from the high-top table & chairs, you can enjoy the TV in living room, or talking to the people that are sitting at the dining table or watching the guys playing the pool. For added convenience, there's a full laundry with a stacked washer/dryer as well as an ironing board and iron. This unique house is a perfect getaway destination for short or long term stays: for business or pleasure. Not only it is brand new, its décor is a tasteful combination of the industrial french country.     If Eva and Donna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
