If you want to experience charms of a holiday, offered by country tourism, we are inviting you to visit us in the village of Svinisce, raised on highlands of the left side of the picturesque Cetina canyon, only 11 kilometers from the Adriatic sea.

We are offering you high quality private accommodation in our authentic dalmatian stone house, with the brand NEW HEATED POOL and JACCUZI in the front of the house. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful terrace in the front of the house with a big wooden table where you can have a lunch or a dinner while enjoying in a peacefull and breathtaking enviroment. And one of the best things - you have a garden only for yourself. There you can pick fresh fruits and vegetables!

If you're a swimm lover, ADRIATIC SEA with beautiful beaches is just 10 km from us, and also Cetina river with it's spectacular canyon - 8 km.

Only 10 km from us is Omis city, very small, but lovely and beautiful town on the Adriatic coast. Also, Omis is an ideal place to plan an active holidays or recreational weekend. Regardless of your sporting preferences, whether it be diving, wind-surfing, rafting or kayaking (on still-water or rapids), hiking, rock-climbing, hang- or paragliding, cycling or boating, this former refuge of pirates and buccaneers offers all of this on a background of exquisite natural beauty. And yes, a year ago Omis got a zipline, one of the biggest in this part of Europe.

For real nature lovers and those who prefer relaxing in a sort of isolation, far from noise and hurry of every day life, our oasis of peace with a breath of mainland, will be the right choise.

“fabulous omis villa”

We had a fabulous stay here for 2 weeks in June and it was so HOT and sunny - just one stormy day - the house is fabulous upstairs with lovely airy bedrooms that lead onto the balcony which has amazing views and fab to eat there breakfast or dinner, very nice new bathroom also. The pool is new and i found it cold even though heated my husband said it was fine if you dived in and swam it was warm after the initial cold - i swam once only and then just used the jacquzzi for my legs and feet. Its new and clean and lovely with a place area for the children however i think the pool needs to be warmer to be perfect. The views are breath taking on the patio and in the pool. The downstairs of the house needs a little modernisation - the kitchen/living room are small and one unit and the fridge is behind the door in and out which makes it tricky to use. It does has VERY efficient air con in this room if you wish to use it. The neighbours (there are about 6/7 houses in this tiny village) are friendly but noone has english at all so its a wave and smile. You MUST have a car as Omis is definately 15/20 mins away up and down the mountain which is quite steep and small roads at times however its worth it for the peace and quiet and beauty. We never used the road after dark always made sure we were back long before dark. Duje, his wife, neice and mother all met us on arrival and left a large plate of cheese, meats, breads and fruit and juices and wine which was so nice to arrive to after a long day. I purchased 2 bottle of his home made red wine and brought home as it is GOOD!! His mother is fabulous she brought us fresh vegtables and fruit daily as she picks from their garden in front of the villa each morning and evening and she and her other son live next door in their house. The village where the villa is located is tiny maybe 6 /7 houses and some still reside in the actually stone houses |(see his photos) English is not spoken alot in the area but we managed easily in the shops etc. Omis is beautiful with lots to do and a fabulous old town to visit with shops, etc hire a small boat as we did a drive along the Cetina between the canyon to the waterfront resturant at the end - it is simply magical and will never be forgotten for me .
